I recived many emails, phone calls, and text from this company after my per approval. I met with a broker W Hamilton Merriot who was very unprofessional and not knowledgeable . He was not up front or honest about the home buying process. After the meeting phone calls and emails were not returned. I felt it was a race issue because of my minority status. I would not recommend this broker to anyone. My credit was also ran many many times without my consent. Thankful I was able to find a new leander in time to close my home. Stay clear of this broker. W. Hamilton Merriot rude, unprofessional, not knowledgeable in the field of home buying.
