We just closed on our first home here in Tucson, Arizona. We were referred by our realtor Jessica Lipphardt from the beginning to Ty Coon in the Tucson Office. From the get go and through the whole process he was amazing and very informative with all of the information. We closed on our home in record time with no bumps along the way. Ty made it less stressful than I had anticipated. My realtor and him were always on the same page. It was fun and went very smoothly. I would use Ty and Guild Mortgage again.
