I knew I needed to make some changes to my Medicare coverage and stumbled on to GoMedigap while I was searching. I contacted TJ MacWilliams who explained with great patience and with great detail what my Advantage Plan offered and what I could have with a Medicare Supplement Plan. This was a process that took about 3 weeks and many phone calls and emails, and TJ was there for me every step of the way. It’s easy to see how many people would simply give up and settle for less because the process can be frustrating and confusing. In the end, I now have a Part F Supplement through Cigna which is already making a difference in out of pocket expenses and my overall health care. I could not have done this without TJ’s guidance and goMedigap’s resources. I’ve got several friends who are “waiting in the wings” for Medicare coverage and I’m already letting them know about my experience with TJ MacWilliams. I’m now signed up to receive their newsletter as well as notifications about rate changes and other information that will affect my coverage. Thank you goMedigap and TJ MacWilliams!

I already had a reasonable idea about what choices I wanted as far as Plans C, F and G. After talking with Patricia, I narrowed my choices to Plan G and knew that the sole difference was cost per month. During the decision process Patricia was able to answer any questions that I had, so I feel confident about the choices I made.
