It is with the greatest enthusiasm that I write this review for Robert Brown LLC. As a scientist, the world of law is a foreign one to me. I contacted the office of Robert Brown LLC in Cleveland, OH to request assistance with preparing my application to become a permanent resident. The first impression I received is that the staff members are honest and straightforward. My first meeting with attorney Robert Brown provided an introduction to the process and a preliminary examination of whether or not I would be a good candidate for permanent residence. The staff members at Robert Brown LLC would not accept a case unless they know the chances of success are extremely high. In other words, they would not accept your financial investment unless they know that they can truly help your case. This is an essential proof of honesty and integrity, very rarely seen in other attorney offices. I was suggested to wait until I was promoted to a higher level position, such to increase the chances of success. It was only then that Robert Brown LLC suggested I move forward with the application process. I followed their plan rigorously and I received my greencard in the mail only 6.5 months after submitting the application. While this extremely fast turnout speaks for itself, I would like to comment on the overall quality of service. Both the attorneys and legal assistants are extremely knowledgeable and efficient in their duties. I was given a list of all the documentation I had to provide and once I did so, Robert Brown LLC prepared the application and expedited the process in every way possible. This is very important, as the application for permanent residence is usually accompanied by anxiety and uncertainties. During the process, I was able to communicate very fluently with my attorney, Mrs. Erin Brown, and with legal assistant, Ms. Katey Yinger, by email, phone and via personal meetings. The staff at Robert Brown LLC was always available to respond to the questions that normally arise during the process. I was very pleased with the professional yet caring manners of all the employees at Robert Brown LLC. I strongly recommend their services for all immigration matters.

If there was an option for a 10 star rating I would give that rating to Robert Brown LLC. This immigration law firm is the best in the area. I recently used their services for a K-1 Visa (known as a Fiance visa) so I could bring my wife to the United States. From the moment I stepped in their office I knew I had made the right decision to hire them as my legal counsel. Their staff is knowledgeable, understands your needs, and is willing to help you on every step of the process. Attorney Alex Cuic was assigned to my case and him and his assistant were a great help during the process. Because of the professionalism of Attorney Cuic and the help of his assistant, my I 129(f) application approved in 20 days and we had our visa in hand only 50 days after. In a total of 71 days we had our visa in hand and my wife was ready to fly in to the United States. Attorney Cuic was our legal counsel during the application for Adjustement of Status procedure for my wife to transfer from a K-1 Visa holder in to a legal permanent resident. Again this law firm showed how great they are at handling immigration problems. It three months my wife had her green card approved and was ready to start her life as a legal permanent resident of the United States. I cannot find the exact words to express my gratitude for attorney Cuic and the staff at Robert Brown. They have been amazing. I hired them because I wanted a peace of mind while going through the process, I wanted to know that someone with experience was with me throughout the process and that is the service and the feeling I got from Robert Brown LLC. Attorney Cuic was laid back. easy going, always positive, but above all a tru professional. Great guy to have a conversation with. If you ever need help with immigration matters, immigration processes, hire Robert Brown and their team, they will give you the help and service you need!

I just receive the note of the approval of my case last week. I am so happy with the outcome. I have decided to offer five stars to attorney Rish Oza and his teamwork Kristen and Taylor for the great job they did on my case. They all knowledgeable and they know what they are doing. I worked with Erin Brown to get my TN Visa as a Management Consultant from Canada to the US. Hello everybody! just wanna share my experience with everyone.After i had a deportation problem, i have been visiting a lot of low firms without any real confidence. Some of them were trying to scare me wile other were asking me over $10000. I was really frustrated untill I reached Robert Brown Low firm. When I got the first contact with Rishi, one the lowyer at this firm, I really got the peace of mind I was missing. He was so confident and very professional. I was so impressed that I would pay whatever money they would have asked me. Fortunally the price was very fair and a lot under what others asked me. They gave me a good payment plan and they never rush me for anything even though I got my green card before i finished the payment. Anytime I called there were always somebody to talk to me and at the very professional maner , not like where you pay the full amount and after it is all a struggle to be able to talk to them. This is a law firm with lawyers that are attentive, personable, and believe in achieving results. When l wanted a lawyer, l was referred to Margaret Wong. I waited for hours in her Polaris office in Columbus. It was like a Doctor with many patients. Not much attention was given to my case. I was asked to wait for half- an- hour after waiting for two hours. I walked out and had these lawyers from a friend. They worked with me every step in the way and adopted much, much proactive approach to my case. They are cost friendly too. WE WON!! Thank you Alex and Erin. I got married on July 2016 and came to Robert Brown LLC for AOS help. My attorney was Alex. My case was received by ISCIS by October 2016 and by February 2017 I got my green card. This showed me how knowledgeable and experienced the people work here are. Throughout the process, all my emails and doubt were answered by Alex within 1 business day. Another plus here is they are so thorough with everything you need to get an interview so that on the day of the interview, you only need to bring you ID and passport with peace of mind. I recommend anyone with immigration matters here!

Aleksander Cuic is one of the best lawyers my family has delt with. He helpeped my parents with their adjustment of status as well as me. Before working with Mr. Cuic my previous lawyer that filed for me really didnt care about anything else but getting paid. My case went on longer than usual and then eventually was being denied. My parents asked Cuic to help us. he took my case from the bottom of the bottom and actually got my case approved within a 3-4 month period. Immigration is everything but an easy matter: forms, documents, translations and more forms, documents..... Rishi knows his subject perfectly. He (and Kristen) guided us from day one to the last day ( wife got papers in 3 months).Always available and always taking the time to explain what is going on ( silence is not a good thing) and what to expect.
