I purchased a 2016 CVO Street Glide from these guys. Living in San Antonio and with limited time to get out of town (Round Rock, Tx), I was able to find and buy the bike of my dreams in less than 3-days. Upfront, I told Eric (Wedneday), I wanted to own my bike by Saturday, and he was able to pull the strings to make that happen. Eric (Sales Guy), was able to have my first bike ready for a test drive on day 1 and have a second bike ready for test drive, purchase, and take-home by day 3. Not to mention, Eric was on vacation on day 2 and worked with the Store Staff to drive up to Dallas (in less than 24-hours), pick up my CVO and have it ready for sale on Saturday. These guys arethe nice to work with unlike the multiple HD Dealerships Sales guys I spoke with the few week prior. IfEven the HD Dealers were straight with their sales and not feed me all those petty sales tactics, I would have bought new. When I met Eric, he was a straight talker, allowed me to negotiate a deal, find value in bikes. gave me a lead on used HD parts. Thanks for the Sale. I will be back... William

I bought from Dream Machines for the first time 3.5 yes ago and just recently, 1wk ago, bought another bike from these guys. Both times I could not have been more pleased with the knowledge and customer service given by the staff (John, Aaron and Dave). Being an automotive technician at a dealership I can appreciate what these guys go through on a daily basis and the hard work involved in making every customer walk or ride away with a smile; it seems as if they do it every time. My newest purchase (2010 Street Glide) had an intermittent audio issue, dropped it off on Tuesday and by lunch time Wednesday it was diagnosed and parts ordered, no charge to me. The whole staff at Dream Machines are proud to stand behind any bike they sell whatever the brand. This is why I will always refer my friends. Easy, no nonsense and hassle-free sales and financing----just the way it ought to be.

I am non-resident, I have been to this store last year after purchasing a 2001 harley through e-mail to receive it. As I have purchased other motorcycles online before and collecting it my self from other stores, this store "Dream Machines of Austin" surprised me with their friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness of my bike am picking, comparing to other stores. Looking around the condition of other bikes in store were not less than mine, everything was in good condition. The documentation were completed smoothly and I was ready to roll in few minutes... Craig there helped me insuring my bike to ride it for over 3,300miles till I shipped it out to my country without any single problem. Am still in touch with Craig and Dream Machines of Austin team, since they are always cooperative and doing honest business. recently I bought more bikes for my friends and my self.

Bought my first and only bike about a month ago at Dream Machines of Austin. I bought a 2000 Road King with 28K miles and completely loaded with add ons, I could not be happier, it runs great and is super clean. The process was was easy, the people were great to work with. Craig Sweeden was the sales rep and he was easy to deal with, knowlegable,and a great guy. I have reccomended all my buddies to drop by and check out their inventory. I had one or two minor issues with the bike when I got it home,called Craig, and was told to take it back to them. They replaced what needed to be fixed with new parts and in record time at no charge. A real class act group of people, and a great place to do business. If you are looking for a clean, used bike, do yourself a favor and go by Dream Machines of Austin and ask for Craig.

great place to buy a bike. My husband bought a bike from there and than two days later so did his father. And than our brother in-law bought one too. great prices on great bikes. the only thing i can probably say negative was that my husband bought his bike in november and in february he wanted to trade it in on a different bike and they offered him way less than what he paid for it, even though we had done a bunch of upgrades. no hard feelings by any means though because they really are amazing people and sell amazing clean bikes. and my husband loved the fact that all the bikes had prices and that you could just browse and sit on them without being pressured. great experience and great people. thank you Dream Machines for giving us a lifetime of memories on the great bike we own!!!! you guys rock!!!!!!!!!!!

I have not bought a motorcycle from Dream Machines yet, but I have never been to a motorcycle shop where there was no pressure to try and sell you something as soon as you hit the door. Me being someone that likes to look, and take my time to make decisions that was a HUGE plus. I had my kids with me and they were not annoyed by them but even asked their ages and gave them stickers. Aaron was nice enough to show me some features on a bike I was looking at without applying pressure to make a purchase. If I buy a bike from a dealer it will be from these guys! Awesome shopping experience for me! Every bike they had was as clean or cleaner than they looked online in the pictures. That is a rare deal as well.

I was looking to get a used Indian and went to a couple of other dealers before I walked into Dream Machines. When I walked in I met Tom Burnz. He showed me and let me ride a couple of used units. After talking awhile he told me about a bonus trade-in allowance that Indian had when a person bought a new bike. With the extra trade in and then the great deal he made me on a new one was too good to pass on. I ended up riding out on a new Indian Dark Horse Chieftain. I just love my new bike, but what is great was the service I got during my purchase with Tom and then the service I have gotten from them after the sale. What a great place to shop and purchase a new or used bike from.

Dream Machine is a great place to buy new or used bikes. Talked to Tom on the phone before going there with numbers and he was great. When i got there he gave me all the information I needed before purchasing the 2017 Roadmaster in May. I was in and out in a little less than 2 hours and that included a test ride. Tom has been very helpful and every time I go back to Dream Machine he remembers me every time. We always talk for a few minutes before I continue on with my business there. Parts and finance office was very easy. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy Indians or any other bike and ask for Tom.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Mr. Tom Burnz when I purchased a 2011 H-D XL883L trike from the Dream Machines Indian Motorcycle dealership in Round Rock, TX. Sales people were not pushy and great in every way. The GM Schittone was extremely helpfully and appeased me by having the bike delivered to the Aprilia dealer to have it tested on the computer before bringing it to my home. I would recommend buying your first, middle, and last bike from them. I am very happy that I drove the hour from my house to visit and purchase my bike here. They definitely have the best and largest selection to choose from in the state. First class all the way!

I just want to say, Eric and the staff are awesome. They do make dreams come true. I just bought an Indian Scout and love it. I had gone done the street to the other so called American motorcycle dealer and they wanted to finance me for a crazy amount. Here at Dream Machines the reduced my rate to an all time low. While I was in the store to get my Goldwing inspected I saw a 2016 Ultra Limited Harley that just spoke to me. After speaking with Eric in sales he was very knowledgeable about the bike and after a few hours I was riding home on it.
