After talking with Brian Reynolds, by the way is a partner at this agency and wrote his own reviews, I have decided to cancel my policy with these people. Have been a customer since 2008 and every time I have spoken to this person he has been nothing but rude and arrogant. I have no need to give money to an agency that becomes defensive when I as a customer have every right to express my concerns with them. If you like to be treated like crap perfect place for you to go if not you may want to think about going someplace else like I have done.
