I lost my front license plate during a storm and I called Tisdale to see what was the process in getting another one. The lady was courteous. When I got there I waited less then 5 minutes and the same lady I called helped me. Talk about excellent customer service.

Tisdale gave me the wrong sticker and plates for my vehicle. I was pulled over by the police who thought I was driving a stolen vehicle. They then refused to correct the problem and attempted to charge me full price for my sticker.

Overpriced compared to other places who can process registration renewal. Fast service, but just know you will spend $20 extra vs somewhere that can do exactly the same service.
