On Oct 1st, 2014 I had Summers out to do a tune-up on our 11 year old American Standard furnace. The technician took about 10 minutes to identify a "crack" on the heat exchanger and could not proceed with the tune up. He did proceed to give me a quote to replace the entire system. Reluctant to do so I had a second company come to give a tune up as well. After a thorough inspection removing the blower fan and using a scope he could not identify any cracks and tuned up the furnace accordingly. The Summers technician was obviously after a quick sale and was willing to attempt to deceive me to do so. I will not do business with Summers PHC again, and I caution anyone considering them to get a second opinion prior to committing to any repairs with them.

With temps in the upper 80s, our a/c failed us. It was after normal business hours, but after calling them, their tech called us within 5 minutes to say he was on his way. He was at our house in under 30 min. Kyle did a fantastic job, was very friendly and explained what happened and what he was doing to fix it. He told us about a couple options we could do, but we felt no pressure to buy anything additional or make any upgrades. Overall, a great experience when we were in a pinch!

Summers went above and beyond to give me amazing service. Our AC was diagnosed as dead by another company, and we called Summers to get a second quote on a new one. Upon examination, our service tech instead diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Even though it was after business hours, Andy took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left. I will highly recommend this company to anyone who asks.

They wanted to charge me $200.00 for a pound of R-22 Freon. That is after paying them to do an A/C Tune-up (Service Call). Called numerous competitors and the most expensive per pound price I was quoted was $75.00 plus a service call charge (keep in mind I already paid for that). Oh well they lost a customer (that will tell 20 people).

We had no hot water. Dustin S came out and he spent over an hour on the phone with the company that warranted our hot water heater to make sure we would get hot water back. Dustin went above and beyond what I expected. I will be requesting him for all my future plumbing needs!

Summers came out and replaced our furnace almost 2 years ago, we signed up for their membership program to get the furnace and ac tune up and full plumbing inspection and have never had a bad experience with them. The previous comment seems a little harsh.

didnt return call for a/c out for 4 hours, and then left message that since they couldnt reach me, they were sending tech on to next job?? now 3 more days until they can come back out. Too many choices out there to deal with that
