We have been with them not even a year. Signed up on their program for yearly maintenance. They did a good job when they came out to help us with the heat the first time and the service guy was nice. Well, there is where the good service end. The OFFICE person is HORRIBLE to work with. Rude, wants to argue about EVERYTHING, thinks they do everything right and Your wrong. She argued with us about the word "ABOUT". If someone tells you they will be there "About 1:00 pm" from her definition that means they will get there some time TODAY. ABOUT 1, is not 1:05, not 1:10, not 1:15, not 1:20, not even 1:25. She argued and just got more upset as the phone call went on. SO what does that plan mean that you sign up for? What is that money you give them for? Not for good service. If their tech show up then you will be lucky if it is ABOUT the time they said. SKIP this company and go with someone else. You will can only do wrong going with them.

We just had a complete comfort system installed to replace our 22 year old HVAC system that was just worn out. From our initial evaluation with Colten to our installation by Robert and his crew, the Hunter Supertechs were simply amazing as always. During installation the crew worked their tails off, literally all day, to get our new system installed and our home cooled once again. In addition, they found a small leak in our propane line and took care of that and went above and beyond by helping cut and move a large tree branch in our front yard that had been taken out by recent storms. It is clear that the entire team at Hunter Heat & Air cares about offering high quality customer service and that is why we will never call anyone else for our service needs.

Danny went above and beyond to provide service for us. First on Saturday afternoon by coming out and when he was unable to solve the problem that day (due to a failed compressor) he was making phone calls to his boss and eventually went to his own shop to bring us 2 window units for the weekend. He then came out today to replace our compressor and was very efficient and educational. We were very pleased with his hard work and compassion for us in this heat!

They were there when they said they would be. He was very polite and took time to explain the problem. A part had to be ordered and no date as to when it may come in because the unit is so old. Colton offered a window unit for my bedroom and is going to install it. What a blessing. Thank you so much Colton for caring and going the extra mile. I just bought a home in Ada and Hunter will be used by me because of his service

I was scheduled for a routine checkup. Before the technician came I had a major issue. When the technician arrived he diagnosed my problem, and I needed a condensing unit. He went back to the shop, brought a new unit and was able to install everything the same day. I was very pleased that a major problem could be corrected in the time frame of one day. Great job.
