I wish the system would allow me to rank higher than 5 stars for Authority Roofing - that is how great our experience was! We recently had our roof replaced by Authority Roofing and it was a first class experience from beginning to end. Authority Roofing was on point from the beginning. They made sure to give us an accurate estimate and they were there to meet with the insurance inspector. On the day of the service, they were on time and their team worked hard in the heat. They were extremely clean - making sure all items including nails were picked up during and after the process. They even contacted Direct TV for us to have them re-attach our satellite dish and they met them for us. WOW. And Authority Roofing followed up with us several times to ensure we were happy with the service. This experience was 100% better than the last time we had a roof replaced (with another company that we would never recommend!). And our insurance adjuster told us that working with Authority Roofing was the best experience THEY (the insurance adjuster) had ever had. A special thank you to our account manager, Monica Lucas, for treating us with first class service. And a tip of the hat to all the employees - every single person we met or talked to was focused on great service, great communication and a great experience. We highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend using Authority Roofing Company as a one-stop shop of all aspects of works that caused by hail damages. Authority Roofing sent Chris Cox, project manager, to me and I discussed with him my concerns and timing of a project. He handled and managed the entire project very professionally. This project included a whole new roof replacement with new roof vents and new roof fittings, new gutters, and new downspouts. He also managed the window glass and screen replacement, fence power washing and staining, and A/C compressor coil combing. Chris was very quick to respond to texts and really followed through with scheduling to suit my needs. His crew arrived on time and they covered my shrubs, flower beds, and pouches with traps to make sure that there was no damage to them before they started roof job. They even covered my two central A/C compressor units with a special meshed-cloth trap to allow my central A/C system run during the roof work. The crew’s clean up was very good. It took two and half weeks to complete the entire project after I signed the contract. All in all, I had a lot of roofers to choose from but felt comfortable moving forward with Authority Roofing and Chris with his crew.

Authority Roofing has done work for us twice now and they have provided exceptional work for us both times we worked with them. Everyone we have worked with has provided excellent customer service! We dealt with them in 2014 and now in 2017 due to hail storm damage both times. Last time we had damage to the roof and gutters. This time we had damage to our roof, fence, gutters and window screens. They have assisted us in getting all our items resolved thru them as quickly as possible! We did not have to go out and try to get a company for each item. They handled it all for us which was great!!!! The work product was professional and the items came out beautifully. I absolutely loved working with each of the folks assigned to complete the jobs from the sales department on down to the folks doing the labor. Each person we worked with was courteous, professional and skilled in their chosen professions. I am extremely happy I used them to resolve my storm damage!

We highly recommend Authority Roofing. We had a lot of damage to our house from the recent hail storm. We worked with Kenny Nguyen. He was very helpful from the start and explained the whole process thoroughly. He was very patient in answering all our questions and always responded very quickly. He worked with the insurance when he saw there were other things that needed to be fixed because of the hail damage. We were delayed because of the rain but Kenny always kept us up-to-date on the progress. They did a great job on the roof and left it cleaner than it was before. They also arranged for us to do the gutters, sola tubes, and woodwork. All were done well. When all was finished, Kenny came back to make sure the work was done to our satisfaction. We get a lot of compliments on our roof. Thank you for making this process stress free!

They went to bat with our insurance company too so that no detail was missed. We were also fortunate enough to be able to provide a meal for them and their crew during the day that the bulk of our roofing work was done.
