This law office is about as low as they come I wouldnt even give them one star...I tried working with them on payments and they started garnishing me, i was in a transition moving from one job to another and being a single parent at the time i also had other bills i had to catch up on...not only that but one of their attorneys/paralegal Jerome i think his name is....is very rude and disrespectful and talks down to you like your beneath him. Not only that but he threatened me saying that he could take 75% of my earnings, which is a lie in the state of colorado you can only take 25% max!!! At one point in time I was making 800 dollars a month because of their garnisment. Please explain to me how a family is supposed to survive on 800 dollars a month.

These guys have either an extreme lack of communication between each other or they are flat out liars. I had a check that bounced which I take full responsibility for. They filed a lawsuit for about 5 times the amount of the check. Shady but fine I accept that. I called and made payment arrangements to prevent the lawsuit. The total amount that I would have to pay was about $350 over two months. And the case would not be taken to court to avoid the judgment on my credit. They took it to court anyway and racked up the bill to over $800 for "legal fees". I have no choice but to pay them. But i would suggest staying away from these snakes to avoid you company being associated with lying crooks.

I hired him for a landlord tenant dispute. He was the worst attorney I have ever worked with. Over priced at 300.00 per hour. I had to fire him before the case was even half over. He has a problem with communication and often went against my wishes and did not represent my actual instructions. When he was faced with an actual litigation against opposing counsel, he was very disappointing. I have seen high school mock attorneys with better skills. If you need a bill collector he might be a fit. If you need to communicate with your attorney and actually litigate against other attorneys, I would certainly NOT RECOMMEND Kenneth E. Davidson.

The complaints seem to be coming from the people that have collections due. I used Kenneth Davidson to help evict a couple that were months late and totally going to destroy the property. He drafted one letter to the tenants and they started their move. This was after months of threats from this tenant. I highly recommend Mr. Davidson.
