I called the office for a consult regarding some issues with my landlord and Andy was so helpful! The consult was free, he had already reviewed my lease, and he spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me (the same day that I originally called). When I followed up with a thank you email, he continued to offer advice on what kinds of things should be included in the follow up paperwork, etc. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing legal representation for a landlord issue. Andy did a very thorough job of walking me through my potential options with my landlord. Andy not only explained my options, but also explained the risks of pursuing a case. Obviously, understanding the risks are a very important factor when deciding whether to take action or not. I was 100% comfortable with Andy and felt that he had my best interests at heart (as opposed to just trying to nail down new business for himself). I will be recommending Andy to friends/family should they ever encounter issues with a landlord.

I was able to break my lease, bad landlord-bad communication, Brabender and Chiang LLC was able to get out of the lease, it was easy and affordable.
