James Newby is an amazing man and for my family he is a gift from God. This man gave me everything. He gave me my freedom, understanding, hope, and most importantly my family. He stood by me and fought his hardest to make sure that I did not get made an example of by the system. He was the most compassionate person I have ever met. He literally saved my life and I would never ask for anyone else. He was perfect. I miss him as a confident. He listened and really cared what happenend to me. I was at a difficult position in my life. I had gotten in trouble, found out my fiance was pregnant with our first child, and after getting laid off and starting a new job scared out of my mind that I was not going to see the birth of my baby he heard the sencarity in my voice. I messed up and was lost. No other lawyer in town wanted to take my case because they said they could not help me. My wife called James and after speaking with him over the phone we finally found someone who was willing to help. He listened to me, watched me cry, met my wife, and gave us, in my opinion, the best help anyone could. I got an amazing chance at life again because of him and if, God forbid, anything criminal ever happened to me, my family, or my friends i would go/recomend him. A friend of mine recently got into some trouble and I told him do not call anyone but this man. He did and now James is helping him and it warms my heart to know that my friend is getting the BEST leagal help he can in this county, state, nation in my opinion. James Newby is an amazing Lawyer, I live out of state and had a warrant regarding a traffic ticket for over 3 years and didnt know it and I couldnt go back to colorado to make an appreance to clear it up, I started searching to hire a laywer that was affordable to help me, I knew the fine had been paid but I also knew I had other issues like community service to do. I called his office and they were prompt and professional but most importantly i felt like i could trust him and he was sincere with trying to help me not just after money. James, took on my case and represented me, he informed there had been a stipulation that i was on probation, which i had no clue, and he would try to work it out. I dont know what he did or said to the courts but they ended up dropping the case and i couldnt be more thankful, see im a recently divorced single mother who works full time and goes to school full time, I couldnt figure out how to fit community service in my schedule and dealing with the stress of having a warrant was something that terrified me. Not only did James Newby fix my problems he did it quickly. There are very few lawyers today with good hearts and a real passion for their jobs, James is one of those few. It is lawyers like him that make me believe the world can be a better place one day. Oh, and by the way did i mention he is affordable! So all my recommendations will always be for him i have friends and Colorado Springs and i have already given them his info. Thanks James Newby! :)

Best quality and price in town. I was looking for a lawyer and getting frustrated. Clueless appointment schedulers and crazy high quotes was all I could find. Then James called me, personally. Newby didn’t play any games. After a few minutes of Q/A he told me what to expect, informed me of his rate (which was 3x lower than another firm’s quote), and took action on my case that very same day. I was impressed with his legal counsel, but he is a good guy too. I felt welcome and catered to when I visited his office, very different from the other firms I visited. Turns out, a good friend of mine also has James on speed dial. He will take care of you if you call.
