I am getting ready for a trip to Nova Scotia and I have had the wonderful help of Maureen Decarlo with finding the best price for me to rent a car. She went through just about every possible option she could and really gave her all to find me the best deal. She really rocked it! Than I went in today to get a Trip Tik as well and Tammy Byrd helped me with that. We both walked through all of the addresses and she had great patience and really took care of me and walked me through how to use the booklet. She was so sweet and had me feel comfortable with asking questions. (Thanks Tammy!) Being the age of 22 I really appreciated how they treated me like an adult and offered me great service with a smile. My parents had me become a AAA member years ago and I never really understood why or what they even had to offer. But I can tell you one thing, they took a huge weight off my shoulders with their help! Now I understand. Thanks ladies!

I threw a belt on interstate 75 and pulled off at the nearest exit which was Parrish, FL. I called AAA for a tow. The woman who took the details of where I was could not find it on the map and was so confused. She called a tow company who then called me. They were at least an hour north of me. The dispatcher at the tow company called AAA to explain to them where I was. I received another call from AAA saying they were dispatching a tow truck from Parrish. It took that company almost 2 hours to get to me as they were over booking their truck to take in all the money they possible could with no respect as to how long one had to sit at the side of the road waiting on them. I was on the side of the road for over 4 hours with no water and my phone with barely any charge on it. Normally I have no problem with AAA, I have been with them off and on for 40 years, but I was so disappointed this time.

I did not have a good experience. My daughter whom I took for her birthday was listed as having booked the trip which was not the case as well as being married which made early on-line check in a nightmare. We spent entirely to many hours on the computer just to on-line check in and after having paid AAA to have all of this done, found it quite frustrating. A birthday note was included at AAA which the cruise line had no knowledge of so the birthday was all but over by the time I had it rectified. I could have paid less for the exact same cruise but wanted the reliability and convenience of AAA which unfortunately. . I did not receive. To say I felt vastly let down would be an understatement. No apology or compensation was offered.

I have always had nothing but the best service from AAA, whether or not it be getting a jump start for my vehicle with a dead battery, or requesting maps and guide books for European and domestic travel. The total staff and all departments in the Plaza office are always courteous, be it a question concerning insurance, travel, or simply obtaining a passport photo. My father was an AAA member back in the "Forties", and all four of my sons are members also.

I stopped in at AAA to make a hotel reservation. I dealt with Gail Walker whom I have made reservations before with. As usual she was excellent. She obtained a reservation for me at less expense than I would have incurred otherwise and I know that should a further decrease in price come along before my reserved time she will have followed up and made certain that I have gotten the lower cost. One more reason to be thankful for the many AAA services.

The person at this location greeted me professionally. I enquired about the theme parks in Orlando, specifically the Animal Kingdom. I was very much impressed with the person. Although, I was just enquiring, but due to her extra information about the park I bought three tickets. She mentioned that If I have a ticket in advance, I will avoid long wait lines at the gate. I was convinced. I also took the passport photo. Great.!!!!!

I have had AAA for years and this was by far the worst service I have had. Rosemary in the office was too busy to help me. She gave me a run around and then transferred me back to customer service (which they transferred me to her) she did not care to help me since I was already a client. If you are a new AAA customer you will have great service- good luck once they already have your money- are over charging you and you want help.

I have moved several times and dealt with several AAA. My parents have been using it for awhile as well. I have never had such bad service (renters and car insurance). My agent is incredibly slow. She does not return phone calls. When you try to email her she takes forever to get back. If you call up there and ask to speak with someone else they refuse to help you. The only redeeming factor is the price.

I was absolutely thrilled with Judith! I needed new auto insurance and she checked all companies you have available and came up with one that was my exact same coverage and almost a third the price. She was very knowledgeable and patient explaining a couple of areas I was not familiar with. If there could only be more helpful people like Judith the world would be a better place. 10/24/2014 meeting at AAA St. Petersburg was positive, with no appointment. The Travel Consultant worked to provide an alternate travel route from Altamonte Springs to St. Petersburg. The previous weekend, with night construction on I-4 resulted in a 4 1/2 hour drive. The selected alternate using State Highway 50 West Bound resulted in a total travel time of 2 1/2 hours. Well worth the visit.

I walked out with all of the RV park guide books that I needed, at no charge to me. The web site is easy to navigate. I use the Travel site to easily search for flights from all airlines to find the best prices and connections. Same price as the airline web sites, no booking fee. I recently booked a cruise through the AAA site. The agent that we spoke with was very helpful and promptly handled the documentation. Very satisfied.

Who Knew/ I always just thought of roadside and travel assistance when I thought of AAA. I was recently in the market for a motorcycle loan and it ended up that AAA was able to get me a rate and term that beat both of my Credit Unions (Sorry USAA) by over 2%. Fast and easy qualification and loan process. I would highly recommend.
