We had to call the plumber again less than 1 week later because the shut off valve to the hot water to the washing machine broke & we were getting no hot water to clean the clothes. John was sent out again and fixed the problem. Mario has always been friendly, understanding and always wants us to get the service as quickly as possible. John is very knowledgeable and always fixes the problem and makes sure the area is clean when he is done. He is also very friendly, polite makes sure that we are happy with the job done. My husband & I would not call any other plumber Thanks to Benjamin Franklin for keeping out plumbing up to date..

I had a hot water heater that went out today. So I called Ben Franklin Plumbing and spoke to Mario who was very professional and courteous. He had a service technician at my home in less than an hour. The technician that came Bill S. was great to work with and he had an estimate ready within minutes with straight forward prices. We agreed on a new hot water heater and the old was removed/hauled away and the new heater was installed in less than an hour. So happy to not go a day without hot water thanks to Ben Franklin Plumbing and their amazing staff.

I was in need of a repair/replacement of my garbage disposal and had neglected to get it fixed for quite some time. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and they were able to dispatch a plumber the next day. He was on time, polite and courteous. He seemed to be experienced and knowledgeable and was completely upfront about the costs prior to repair. While I do believe the replacement was high especially since I had already purchased the new disposal, I was pleased to have an operable finished product in little time.

Carlos was vey nice and he new what I was talking about when I ask him questions He did a great job. Fixed everything that needed to be fixed. I am knew here in Fl. and found your ad in the newspaper. I think in the future I will get more than one price to have anything repaired. I think the price that I was charged was a little high. I highly recommend the plumber that Ben Franklin sent out to replace my hot water tank. His name was Carlos and he did an outstanding job explaining the pricing policies of his company and their guarantees and also of the $350.00 rebate program I had available to me thru Florida City Gas. Within 2 hours he had my new tank installed and he was on his way, he was a professional in every sense of the word and Ben Franklin should be proud to have him in their employment.

We first met Aaron a year ago the night before Thanksgiving when our toilet overflowed and had to be replaced in the middle of the night. Today, Aaron returned for a yearly plumbing check up, performed all the services including draining the water heater of sediment and checking all the plumbing fixtures. In addition, he replaced a toilet and a shower control at my request and did a great job.

I was lucky to have 2 best personnel, to come to my house to fix a huge leak, they professionally repiped everything, , They are Ty, service manager and Mike . highly skilled, knew what they were doing, and every step were explaining why they are doing those. Aaron was prompt, courteous, and did a great job installing a new hot water tank and pump. We really like the pump since we now get hot water in the Master shower in seconds. We also needed a small plastic part in a sink faucet, and Aaron tracked down a supplier for the part and brought the part back for us and installed it. We are very pleased.
