We had rats in the attic recently and George from Reynolds Pest Management was the only one who was able to eliminate them. He spent over 2 1/2 hours the first time here to totally block any areas that the rats could get into the house. That included George going on the roof and blocking any areas they could enter as well as totally going around the house and finding areas they could come in and then he blocked those. Within 2 days we got our first capture and George came immediately when I called to say that I heard the trap go off. He has been diligent and so courteous to us. The pricing was good for the amount of time he spent here. I would highly recommend George from Reynolds Pest Management to everyone.

After repeat bad experiences with pest control companies in the past, we were pretty worried when it came time to have our house fumigated for termites. Reynolds made us feel instantly more comfortable than we had with past companies, spending lots of time talking to us about our options, answering all our questions, and never putting us under any pressure to work with them or to pick a particular solution. And when it came time to take action, they did all the work efficiently, without a fuss, and without damaging our house. The subcontractor they chose to do the fumigation itself was also excellent.
