They install good equipment, but the service is really lousy. I scheduled a service call for an a/c unit that was not working, under a current/valid service agreement. The room thermostat was indicating 97 degrees in this room! The appointment that was offered to me was for today between 2-4 PM, I called at 2:30 PM and they told me they will honor the time window, I called again at 3:30 PM and they could not confirm that they will be able to keep the 2-4 time window, when I insisted in getting a YES/NO, I ended up talking to the customer service manager who after listening to my concerns told me that the technician was now on its way. At 4:30 PM I called again as no signs of the technician. The service department then tracked the technician who was going to THEN leave for the service call, at that time I cancelled the call as the person that I was paying awaiting for the service could no longer stay. This is bad customer service! I will cancel the service agreement and find another firm that I can trust to deliver service when I need it.

Lauryn Oliver did double duty for me by coming to both of my homes this yesterday. Lauryn has been to my first home a few times and has been nothing but professional and very knowledgeable. After checking out my first homes a/c and removing my UV light she then went to my new home with me to reinstall it there. While at my new home she inspected my system and found that it was not working up to par and that my capacitor was not doing its job. Lauryn showed me it was under warranty and installed a new part for a minimal fee. I have been using Service Experts for over 10 years and have a maintenance agreement with them (which I will continue in my new home) and had nothing but great service from all of their technicians.
I have been a customer of Service Experts for many years. I am so happy with the service and care. I have the twice a year service which I believe is so important as I do not do the maintenance like I know I would have to do without this. My technician, Matt is the ABSOLUTE BEST. He is courteous and very caring. I trust him to tell me what I need and he has never steered me wrong. Thank you for having such a wonderful person in your employ. He certainly deserves every accolade he is given. You should be extremely proud to have him as a representative of your company. A true gentleman. (ps...and my cat "Spazzy" really appreciates him too.....)
First time in many years that we felt truly satisfied that our AC was serviced well without being pushed to purchase other products. Actually had a dialogue with our technician, Jason, who gave us choices rather than being told what we had to do no matter what. Hoping that company is taking a new direction where customer service and satisfaction will be a priority and not bonuses for the big wigs. Updated 12/29/2016 Have to give another 5 star rating as Matt Krohn is the best technician that Service Experts has sent. He is always very thorough and professional. Will continue using this great company as we have for 20 years.
We just had our a/c replaced!! Its great!! We have to say that Lauryn, the tech. that made the house call to fix our old one, was the BEST! VERY nice and also professional. Knows her stuff!!! Loved her! Then the salesman, Steven Nagy, was also great! Very nice person and knows the product! He has been very helpful. We are recovering from a house fire and the a/c is the last step. The installers, Miguel Victoria (#362) and his partner (#364) did a great job! They were respectful of our home and worked hard. Got here early and were done by 2:30! All in all a great experience!! Lauryn Oliver came out in the evening, within a few hours, after our AC went out. She spent time defrosting our unit. Found the problem, fixed it and had us up and running. She has a great attitude about her work. We were ready to look for a new company to do our service. Howard Hall came out and serviced our unit. We had been disappointed by the last few expensive service calls, especially paying for a new coil installation in a new machine. He fully explained where some of our problems were coming from, showing how the equipment operated. Howard saved your company. Hold onto this guy.
We called Service Experts at around 5:30 pm and received email confirmation within minutes that a technician would be over within a reasonable period of time. Lauryn Oliver, one of the companies technician arrived within a reasonable period of time.... She was excellent... She diagnosed the problem and did a marvelous job of fixing that problem within a short period of time. Despite the lateness of the call, Lauryn had a fantastic disposition and a great attitude. This was the second time we were fortunate to have her come by ( over several years). Excellent employee.... Excellent company!!
They used to be good. Recently I had a condenser fan motor making a noise / vibration. I purchased my entire system air handler and condenser unit back in 2008 with an in-house 10 year anything goes warranty. Over the years under this warranty if they replaced the compressor run capacitor & evaporator fan motor. Everything was fine until this year where the tech came out to check the vibration in the motor and want to charge me $99 even after I told him I have a 10 year service contract. He said the contract is no longer valid I have to pay him. I asked them to leave my property.
My service technician is Howard Hall. Mr. Hall has always been very professional and courteous during the service calls. His knowledge of the a/c equipment is exceptional. He has always been prompt and acted in a very businesslike manner. He always remembers to protect the flooring, carpet, etc., as he enters and re-enters the house, and always makes sure the work area is clean when he leaves. He is an asset to your company, and deserves to be acknowledged for his performance. I will be requesting Mr. Hall for all of my a/c services in the future. Thank you Howard :)
We have been with Service Experts for over 20 years. This was by far one of the best maintenance visits we have had. Appointment was confirmed the day before and we were kept apprised of when technician would arrive which was right on time. Chris Anderson was a very thorough polite and knowledgeable technician. Also very neat and clean. No dirt or damage to walls or carpets. Performed a very thorough check of our system and explained everything in detail. Even cleaned the return grill and checked all of the vents. Will request that he comes out for our next maintenance.
I greeted Farris Adbullah at precisely 10AM November 21. He was pleasant and started work immediately and worked efficiently until almost noon. He filled out a Home Health report to quantify his findings especially those pertaining to the life of my >10 year old Lenox. He convinced me he had attended to the service aspects of drain line cleaning and filter replacement. I thought his work and approach to the customer was excellent. It my pleasure to give him the highest ranking for this service performed today. I will continue my yearly contract with the Service Experts!
Sedrick Reid with Service Experts came to my home for a maintenance on my A/C. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. He arrived within the estimated service call time as set up previously with the company. He evaluated the problem(s) I was having with the A/C, explained what might be wrong, and fixed the problem quickly. He also informed me when he realized one of his guesses as to the problem was not correct (saving me potential money). I would not hesitate to recommend Service experts or Sedrick to anyone who is looking for their A/C to be serviced.
An unusual and gratifying first service call under our Platinum+ plan. Measured against former A/C providers, the quality of the work and communication skills of Robert Jetton were exemplary. Clearly, his efforts reflect the culture of senior management towards its customers. I trust he will be recognized. I recently moved to Tequesta and Service Experts was recommended by friends whom I trust completely. I scheduled the first of 2 preventive maintenance visits included with the annual maintenance contract. The service tech, Lauryn Oliver, showed up on time and was super friendly and personable. She completed all necessary checks and maintenance in under an hour, made a couple great recommendations to improve my energy usage and system efficiency, and made sure that I knew how often to change filters. Awesome first experience!
Claude came out to give us an estimate and he was very courteous. He sounded well informed and I felt no pressure like you would expect from a sales person. The next day, Pablo and Larry arrived right on time and went hard at work replacing our A/C system. They were both very knowledgeable, well-mannered, and professional! I was somewhat Disappointed in that The company Did not have A replacement fan motor ( common part for a Lenox Master Dealer) For my Lenox unit And that it took A couple of days to get one.The service technician Could have used a helperThe part was located Hi in my garage ceiling And very difficult to install by himself.Even though The repair was difficultThe technician maintained positive attitude An overall did a good job.The company should maintain a better inventory of spare parts.
This company is one that goes above and beyond. Stephen the comfort sales specialist is very knowledgeable on all products and really customizes their products to fit your needs. The very next day the two service techs, Derek and Kahrim, came out and installed the unit with precision. The two installers were friendly and installed the whole system and removed the old one within one day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new air conditioning service.
Howard Hall was very Professional and did a thorough review of my Heating and Cooling System. He explained everything he was going to do and was able to answer my questions. I decided to sign another one year contract because of the type of service that was provided. In addition I was kept apprised of the approximate time that Howard would arrive at the house. It is really easy to rate this employee as Five Stars. Keep up the Great Job Howard.
Lauryn Oliver is the bet tech i have had the pleasure to meet. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and excellent with her job performance. She always calls first and arrives on time. She wear the booty on her feet without being asked to do so. She is very polite and respectful of me and my home. I always request her. Howard Hall came out for a "Tune Up" on our elderly AC. We explained our situation to him about how we planned to replace the entire unit within the year after some renovations were complete. He did a great job in servicing our A/C and went over some of the options for care and upkeep of the unit until we were ready to replace it. The attention to detail, cleanliness and professionalism were truly outstanding. Claude Briscan, my sales specialist, did a great job with designing and implementing the entire installation. This was not an easy job as it entailed an entire replacement with two high end Lenox units, air handlers and all new ductwork in a meticulous designed and lavish house.
