Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with Kathleen Gett. This lady should be fired! Very rude!!!! Very unprofessional! I was thinking of going through Aurora Schools Credit Union but after how their employee Kathleen Gett spoke to me, I will take my business elsewhere. As a local we take pride in our local companies and we like to network. I will make sure to inform as many business owners about the unprofessional demeanor this company portrays. I would strongly suggest you put Kathleen through a customer service class and how to conduct herself in a professional atmosphere.

Service is average not genuinely helpful people, not a good credit union if you work in the restaurant business and live on tips, hard to get tips there everyday, unhelpful if your payment hits account one minute before your deposit, going somewhere else with real banking protocols.

They were very nice. I just moved here from Utah 2.5 months ago and they are branched with my credit Union. Such an easy process to cross over. The ladies are nice the guy however, was not very talkative or friendly

Every time I come in I am greeted by friendly staff and they quickly take care of my needs. Never had an issue with them. Wish they had an app though! :)
