Alliant credit union is the best credit union bar none !!! You truly provide outstanding customer service and superior credit rates . You gave me a opportunity to purchase a 2015 jeep patriot at a 4.9 % rate at $ 27.000 . When the credit union I have been with for 20 years was only willing to loan me $17.000 at a ridiculous rate . My family has had financial situations over the last several years and have struggled at times to make ends meet . We never filed bankruptcy and have slowly paid off every thing we owed . Thank you to Alliant and their employees for treating us like gold when others have treated us like dirt !!! A big THANK YOU to you all !!! :-) E.S. Dalton

I recently got a loan through Alliant, I was told payment coupons would be mail out so I could make the payments. I still have not gotten any payment coupons!! I have called 4 times to make sure they have my address and still nothing in mail box. I got the car in November 1st 1 month later still nothing. the only option to make the payment for me now is by phone and they will charge me 10.00 dollars to complete the payment something is wrong about this.

Have never had a problem with Alliant. All my car loans, personal loans etc are through Alliant. They are quick to notice a difference in your charges on Visa. We traveled to Iceland this last January, and Alliant put a hold on our card. Our fault really for not telling them we were leaving the country. Fraud protection is good. Have been with Alliant for about 30 years now. No problems what so ever.

Just set up a car loan through this credit union and already hate them. 20 minute hold times every time I call in and they transfer me around to the wrong departments. Was also told I cannot change the due date of my new car payment which is ruining my budget. Refinancing my loan the first chance I get and keeping my checking with Key Bank.

I have been a customer for years. Few local branches, but deposits and withdraws can be done by a multitude of partners around town. Received two loans with good terms and no hassle. Recent major upgrade to app. App provide greater account access.
