Great customer service! I was looking at jackets and vests for my boyfriend and the gal who helped me was very knowledgeable about them. She had no issue with me calling my local shop to see if they had the same item (due to traveling and luggage reasons). I was worried about sizing due to my boyfriend being Tall and the owner tried the vest on for me to see how it would fit a taller guy (the vest not being in Tall size) and he gave me some advice for it as well. Thank you for being helpful and welcoming!

Voltage regulator died as we travelled through AV. 1 call to AVHD and within 30 minutes we were towed to the store. Another hour and we were on our way, they even exchanged our battery free of charge and did a safety check. Best experience ever at an HD dealer. Said bike was ready. But forgot to put bolts back in the starter. I found them laying on transmission. I called them and they did not seem to care. Only had excuses. Go somewhere else..really. For your safety.
