Their Phone service is just Lousy, you call their direct number for the Office, and I call so i can ask a question and not waste my time with driving down t here as only they would know for sure about a specific office question, and yet i keep getting connected to a call center instead of the direct number I called.

they have limited hours for people who actually have to work at jobs. Also staff can be incompetent when dealing with them. I had my home owners ins cancelled temporally because 2 employees failed to submit the house photos. has to complain to ca dept of insurance to get it reinstated.

Another positive visit to AAA for dmv and insurance needs. 5 stars. I should mention if you need insurance please see Jeff Meziere. More places need employees like Jeff. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Love AAA. Everyone is always so courteous and professional at their branches. At this branch, while we were waiting, they gave my young daughter two maps and crayons-she loved it, and still has the maps :-)
