Standing Bear

The location makes no sense. They closed the downtown San Bernardino Office because of the deterioration of the neighborhood. They SHOULD have looked for a place near the I-10/I-215 Corridor. Instead, they moved to a place with very limited parking. I had to park in back (I have handicap plates). There is no walkway from the back and they will NOT allow entry through the employee door. There is as much if not MORE parking in back. It is just a few miles from the Redlands Office which has MUCH more parking. It takes very little more time to get to the Redlands Office. They have a LOT of open floor space which means they COULD be in a smaller but much more convenient location. I love the AAA. I give memberships as gifts to friends who do not have one. In this instance the "suits" disconnected their thinking caps.

If I could rate this location accurately then I would give them a zero. I went to this location on Tuesday and was given incorrect legal documents. Now a few days later I have to go back to the same location so that they can correct their mistake. In all of my 18 years of being a member I can honestly say that this has never happened. I will say that some of the staff could benefit from sensitive training.

First off let me say that Scott was awesome!!! I contacted the location about one week prior to discuss quotes and possible services that I wanted. Scott went in depth describing all the possibilities and/or options that I had. The Highland branch was busy however very clean and quick service with members and other potential members.

It was very easy to transfer ownership of my new to me vehicle. It would have been faster if one of the people in front of me understood whether they had or did not have a membership. Overall maybe spent 15 minutes.

I was so shocked, I went in to get my temporary handicap placard. I walked in and walked out within minutes. Service was absolutely great, and it literally took 5 minutes. Love my AAA membership!
