After ten years, as a customer with Nationwides, I felt it was time to find a comparable or better insurance coverage that is affordable. I visited lots of websites and had many conversations with sales reps of major insurance companies. I just happen to come across Joseph Saeger at Yutz-Merkle Insurance Agency, Inc. (YMIA). My auto sales rep recommended I speak with Joe, while my husband and I were in the process of purchasing his pick-up truck. The experience has been a pleasant one from the start. Joe is the epitome of customer service and is very accommodating. It felt as if we were family friends for years. I may have been overbearing with my repetitive queries but he was very patient with me. He spoke to me at a level I can understand. I was able to bundle my home and auto at a cheaper price than all the other insurance companies and similiar to more coverage. So my takeaway from all this is that YMIA has been all around great experience . I have had nothing but great experiences with Yutz-Merkle Insurance Agency. I came to them from Nationwide Auto Insurance. The agent that looked at my policy from Nationwide was appalled at the coverage my old agent allowed me to have. I received better coverage for a cheaper price. I have changed vehicles a few times and changing my information was as easy as sending an email with updates. They emailed necessary paperwork for all the changes and that was it. Their rates are great and their customer service is even better!
