Service was amazing! I called earlier today to make an appointment to discuss travel arrangements. This was my first experience w AAA making travel arrangement. I met w Theresa and she was so welcoming, professional, and nice. She spent an hour and a half w me to discuss different options and provided quotes for my many different requests. I highly recommend to visit AAA to assist w your travel plans. I know I will continue to go through AAA to make all my future vacation plans. Thank you Theresa for all your help

I went to ask how hard was it to get a Disability Plate. I already have the placard. I was assured it would be no problem and it wasn’t. I did not realize I would be walking out with the plates during my visit. They even lent me screwdrivers to take my old plates off and turn them in. Thank you very much!!!

Fast and professional customer service. Just moved to redlands and was driving all the way back down to LaVerne to do all of my business because of customer service, but now ill be doing it all at the Redlands office.

All the associates have always been very nice and helpful. I am usually in and out in about 15-20 minutes. Definately easier than driving to banning DMV just to avoid Redlands DMV.
