New to the city of Charlotte, I knew no one. When I was placed in a position of complete worthlessness ( a term that can still no where describe my feeling at the time of my first meeting with a Crumley representive.) I was placed immediately with a secure feeling that yes.... I mattered.....They listened to me, which at the moment was what I truly needed and wanted someone to do. I was then introduced to a young lady by the name of Tye Oliver. To try and place into words who she has shown herself to be to me in unreachable. Tye I hope that you have to the ability to read this and I want you and your whole team to know... That whom ever hired you did a great job with their selection and that you are a true asset to the company. I honestly believe that my relationship with Crumley Roberts has created a friendship with you and I. So to bottom-line my feelings. My relationship with Crumley Roberts was created due to them treating me as family and will be forever lasting.

Utilized Crumbley Roberts for a workers comp injury against a major hospital system. They were scared to go to court... my "attorney" said if I did not settle, I would have to get another lawyer...Do not waste your time with this firm... unless you have a little, insignificant case go elsewhere. If you have a significant injury or anything complex that will require care in the future... Crumbley will cause you harm... I will be having surgery in April, L3-4, L4-5 , and L5 -S1 discectomy in Texas ( the final cure for my injury as a critical care nurse) my husband paid for my surgery with his 401k because Crumbley Roberts failed to persue future medical costs for me.... This firm is not the right choice for people with REAL injuries needing REAL care. Keep looking.... hope this helps.

I was in a accident CIAA weekend and I live in VA.. this law firm was recommend by one of the law offices here,who spoke very highly of them...and for me that spoke volume in itself!!! Cristy went above and beyond for me... she checked on me in a way that was not over barring, but I knew she was just a call away!! She was always so polite with me.. she walked me through the whole case, she let me know what was going on, I was NEVER in the dark with this law firm! Worst firm ever. C. Stevens McLaurin and Dre Fleury never explained to us about the No Fault law in North Carolina. They knew we were going to the chiropractor because of the injuries and they failed to informed us that we may not get reimbursed for the treatment. The moment that State Farm Insurance told them that they were not going to pay, they sent a letter letting us know that they were not going to represent us anymore. They did not even had the decency to call us. By now we were over $9,000 in debt and the chiropractor was suing us. DO NOT HIRE THEM TO REPRESENT YOU - YOU WILL BE SORRY Esmerito Romero
