I am a current client and the communication is terrible. I have been trying to get in touch with someone in the office for a month now about an update on my case. I just want to really make sure that all my bills have been received, and have been sent to insurance company. I have called and left messages, and never get any call in return. This is BAD business practices let alone just rude and inconsiderate. I would not recommend this law firm for this alone. I have know idea what they are doing or how they are working in my best interest.
