i used dworkin for a workers comp case and i had a torn rotator cuff and a detached bicep tendon. they repaired rotator cuff but never re-attached bicep tendon. i told dworkin i needed bicep tendon re-attached. i worked road construction and my arm would never be the same. he did nothing to get my bicep re-attached.after a year i just wanted it over. a lot of time went by and i called his office and asked where my check was and was told they did not recieve it yet.but i had already found out when the check was sent and deposited. i got a call back an hour later and was told i could come get my check. i will never use this so called attorney again. HE WAS NOT EVEN MAN ENOUGH TO COME OUT AND GIVE ME THE CHECK HIMSELF.

They were a good law firm they got the company to ensure i had doctors appointments and therapy to make sure my wrist healed after i had a hamete fracture grim falling on ice at work i was in a car for a few weeks work tried sending me back without therapy and ended up getting tendinitis which put me out of work for months so therapy went through went back to work still had tendinitis come back and they sent me to a specialist who gave me a certain cortisone shot that worked and was able to finally return but while off they made sure i was getting workman comp checks to pay my bills thank you so much your a God send without you i would have been screwed
