I am writing in support of Stump & Associates immigration law firm because I had a wonderful experience working directly with Mr. Douglas Stump and Ms. Valerie Grey. In regards to my immigration process, since 2012 when I graduated, I have filled and submitted every single form by myself (or my employer) with no professional assistance. This trend changed in October 2016 when my employer had to resubmit the Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker. We knew that we needed specialized help at that point, so we worked with Stump & Associates, and three months later the Form I-140 was approved. Doug Stump reviewed my credentials and he was so straightforward and honest in determining my chances of being approved under the EB2-NIW category. My case was then handled by Atty. Valerie Grey, and I was very pleased with the timely manner on how my documents were organized. Atty. Grey was very methodical and thorough in preparing my case. For her someone not an expert in my field, I was so impressed on how she was able to handle the complex terminologies and understand clearly how my case is of the national interest of the United States. I was very satisfied in the organization and preparation of my documents. My self-petition was then approved without request for additional evidence. The worst experience I have ever had with a business! I was never able to catch Mr. Stump on the phone and even if I showed up at the office in person I would be told that he is on vacation or out of office. I eventually lost my chance of obtaining EB-2 green card because it took Mr. Stump for ever to make any progress in my case (2.5 years with little progress). I believe Green Card application is a sensitive material and you should hire a lawyer who truly cares not someone who would take your money and not even answer your call!
