My name is Tonia, my son was critically injured due to a very complex situation. I was turned away by several attys. I was blessed to learn about Kelley Uustal Law Firm. They took our case and the out come of what they did for my family and my sons future is the most amazing out come. They made sure we got what was comming. The best part of the experience with Kelley Uustal was the way they make you feel, they become a hudge part of your life. And even after the case settled they are still the best of friends to our family. They sincerely do care about their clients and their well being. If you need to talk to them, they are always available, not like other attys, when its almost impossible to get a call back from them. Todd Falzone and his paralegal Miss Jody worked together along with Bob Kelley and made the most beautiful out come for us. After my son got so badly hurt , this world would of been impossible for him to make it financially, because of how badly he was hurt and the injuries were so bad it makes it impossible to conduct a normal life. They made sure he will always have the medical treatment, financial stibility, and the beautiful life he now has. I can"t express how big the difference they made for my son and my family as well. To me there are no other personal injury attys except Kelley Uustal, they fight tooth and nail for their clients. First off I cannot thank Kristin Bianculli and Carolina Florez for all the hard work they did on my behalf. On May 22, 2015 I fell down 15 concrete stairs in front of my condo because the stairs were not painted with the correct non-skid paint. My life was turned upside down as a result of this incident. I came to Kelly and Uustal seeking advice and found them to be completely understanding, especially as I continued to battle episodes of extreme symptoms of vertigo.
