Wow.. I want to start off by saying I NEVER write reviews for anything, but after my great experience I just had to tell everyone. To tell you the truth I cannot stop talking about my experience with friends and fellow bikers. I have been going to this dealership since I moved to palm beach 10 years ago and always walked out disappointed thus never buying anything. But I must say times have really changed under the new ownership and management it turned out to be the best experience I have EVER had buying any type of vehicle and I buy allot. They let me ride any bike I wanted for as long as I wanted some I even rode 2 or more times. They had every type of bike there gassed up and ready to go. It was really hard to make a decision on which one to buy, but after spending 5 hours the first day test riding bikes and working the perfect deal (special thanks to Reed, and another sales person forgot his name, along with the sales manager) I came back the next morning and bought a black Street Glide with the 107. I then brought it back for add-on’s a couple days later and the service department headed up by Jim bent over backwards to make sure I was the happiest person ever, I am going back tomorrow for a new windshield after testing a few different ones. IN CLOSING IF YOU WANT A HD THIS IS THE ONLY DEALERSHIP IN THE COUNTRY I WOULD EVER GO TO AGAIN AND I HAVE BEEN TO ALLOT OF THEM AROUND THE COUNTRY. Guys and gales keep it up, you could be number #1 for sure.

Getting ready for Oct 20th Daytona, knew i was getting close to needing tires, called Wednesday 11th talked to Greg in parts had my tires in stock and he suggested to put them on hold because of the upcoming Daytona event and everyone wanting service in the upcoming days. Thank you Greg. Now for the service dept, knew i was getting new tires so i spoke to the Service Manager Jim Mahan because Aug 2016 i purchased front and back legend suspension. installed the back myself but was waiting to have the front installed on my 2013 Street Glide. Tammy H, at the service counter made everything real easy. Thanks to Jim for packaging a labor rate i could afford, because it turned out i needed rear brake pads also. Picked up my bike last night and the bike rides so much different with the new front suspension. I knew Jim From Treasure Coast Harley where he did an motor upgrade build on my 2014 bike. Palm Beach Harley is Lucky to have him. Tammy H makes you feel right at home there while you wait or dropping off. Thank you Tammy

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW I would like to thank everyone at Palm Beach HARLEY-DAVIDSON for an awesome buying experience, the staff was out of this world!!! every single employee was cheerful and quick to offer a smile or help. I would like to thank Ryan for an excellent job he greeted us upon arriving at the dealer. he offered us to come inside and get out of the heat there is plenty of inventory inside! He asked us what are you guys interested in seeing. To see if he could help us out? Picked a few bikes and went on a few test drives with me. Was extremely patient and helpful. I would also like to thank Bryan and Reed who was also extremely helpful. Can forget Jimmy Velez for his professionalism and helping us to understand the different packages love the fact that he was bilingual and we could communicate better and make us feel more comfortable. I want to give a shout out to Greg in sales. I just purchased a 2016 Limited Peace Officer Special from Greg. OUTSTANDING service. The bike I wanted was a special order. Greg and his team searched the country and located my bike in North Carolina. They went up and picked the bike up and delivered to me. The whole experience at Palm Beach Harley was outstanding. No pressure, Greg wanted to make sure that I got the exact bike that I wanted. Heading to the Blue Ridge Mountains this week to break it in. I also have to give a shout out to the girls, Liz and Tammy in the service department. I had a minor issue with the gas cap on my bike. They knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it on the spot. When you stop in you must see them. They will have you laughing and feeling right at home. Oh did I mention they know your bike. If you have questions they are the ones to go to. I thought my experience 4 months ago was great but this one was amazing!!!!My husband took my 2017 sportster 48 in for the 1000 mile check up and ended up buying his own Harley. Ryan was his salesman and he was wonderful. They have the best team ever including Cameron, Brian (parts) and Ron (finance). It was such a great experience that I came in the next day and traded in my sportster for a Dyna street bob. Ryan tagged teamed with Gage who helped me 4 months ago and they made me feel like a superstar.They even had a team member go to my house in Boynton to pick up the sportster so I could ride home on the street bob. Sue and Amy in clothing greeted us like family and they are so sincere. Jason (I apologize if I got the name wrong) worked out a miracle with the deal along with Ron. Kudos again and again. Keep up the great customer service.

The service department screwed up my bike. It could have resulted in severe injuries or death to me. The Service Manager, Sean, and the General Manager, Andy, both showed an attitude of indifference and went as far as accusing me of causing the problem. When I went back due to another problem caused by their mechanic, Sean went back in the shop to hide and delivered a message via a service counter person. This was the worst form of disrespect anyone could ever show a customer. Harley-Davidson of Palm Beach shows an attitude of callousness and seems to live by the motto that "The customer is always wrong"! Until Mike Lehman cleans house and brings in new management, I strongly recommend going the extra distance to Stuart or Fort Lauderdale to buy a bike, get parts or service.

So back in September my wife and I decide to move from Colorado to sunny beaches of Florida. When we came down looking for a house we were also looking for a new dealership to support our riding lifestyle. What we found was a world class dealer at Palm Beach Harley Davidson. After a few months living here we made the choice to upgrade our 2013 Street Glide for a 2017 Road Glide Ultra. What a great experience they truly made you feel like a friend/family!!! Also now our outstanding salesman Dan can say he sold a Harley to "Jon Teller", how many Harley salesman can say that fact. Also would like to thank Reed for her magic with the numbers and Jeremy in parts helping us with our parts also his expert audio knowledge.

I went here knowing that I was going to buy a bike. Initially I went because I had heard of a red tag sale, but after talking with a couple friends and speaking with Steve (solid dude) I decided to go for it. I wanted to get a used Harley with Custom pipes from 2009. After speaking with some guys and realizing there would be no warranty I decided to go with one of the newer models. Specifically, it was 2017 Dyna Fat Boy; I could not be happier. It speaks to me of a classic style of Motorcycles; a time when being on the road meant a way of life, not just a road trip. I cannot wait to explore the road on this beast. I am truly glad I stopped by.

Despite being told by many that I would be paying more for the Harley name when buying products or service , I still went to the PB dealership.I was not disappointed. I needed a new rear tire, and all fluids changed. Liz and Tammy took extra time explaining the service and made sure I was comfortable with pricing . I also had a warranty issue from the old dealership on my Master cylinder, but Jim made good on the old dealership promise.I felt very satisfied when I left the dealership and found everyone very professional . I do not write reviews often, but when it is warranted , excellent service should be noticed.

Was there on Sunday..everyone was very helpful, good vibes, great atmosphere. Danny Bowden, in sales and Reed Wilson, the sales manager were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me find the perfect bike with every feature I wanted. I was also helped by a really nice lady named Faith who fitted me and my girlfriend for helmets, accessories, etc. Ryan also went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed, even after hours! I can say my experience was an unforgettable one. I will definitely be going back in the future. Thank you to the Palm Beach Harley Davidson staff!!!

I have never bought any vehicle anywhere that has service as good as Palm Beach Harley-Davidson. That is saying a whole bunch (I am 66 years old - so have experience in this kind of thing). Greg "Freedom" Ryter is an amazing salesman. He remembered the little things I told him about a range of topics ... was personable ... and best of all, was fun to work with while going through my purchase. Palm Beach Harley also walks you through every department so that you get to know the good folks there. I got a Road King - for a good price - and at a dealership that I highly recommend.

Palm beach Harley is amazing when it comes to customer service. Tammy helped me through the entire process of getting parts ordered and installed on my sportster 48. She kept me in the loop every step of the way and was very helpful and informative. Not to mention her enthusiasm and friendliness throughout the few weeks she helped me. Tammy has a great attitude, strong work ethic, and definitely made the waiting process much more enjoyable. I can say that for all the staff that have helped me over at palm beach Harley. I was on the fence for a while about getting a bike. Going in there not prepared to buy can be frustrating to sales guys but that was not the case at Harley Davidson. I was lucky enough to be taken care of by Steve. He was fairly new to this dealership but work at HD up north and a real wealth of knowledge. Steve clearly has a passion for his products. He was extremely patient, courtesy, and willing to answer all of my dumb questions as a first time rider. He made me feel comfortable and confident enough to take the next step and make the purchase. I have been in the dealership 3 times looking at a new bike. The first time I was there they told me that they could not give me a price on a bike until I filled out the purchase paper work. The second time I stopped in it was the same thing. They could not give me a price until I fill out the purchase paperwork. The third time I was looking around at the bikes for about 30 minutes NO ONE would even would even recognize that I was even there or offered me any help. There are other Harley dealerships out there and I will be purchasing me a new 2017 within 30 days.

I am not new to motorcycles or motorcycle dealerships, however without a doubt - Palm Beach Harley is in a league of there own. From the extremely enjoyable experience that Ryan, Kam, and Ariel showed me while I selected my next dream bike, to the most professional and surprisingly easy experience doing all the paperwork with Ron and Coty. Awesome customer service at this dealer. My sales guy Niko was professional, knowledgeable and a real cool guy. Despite the hesitation on my fathers part, finance guy Jimmy was able to ease him through the process. The manager Ryan was also a great help thoughout the experience. I was given a tour of the shop and provided valuable information about my new 883 iron. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and down to earth. Loved the vibe. Would certainly recommend these guys to help you choose your next Harley.

I was extremely happy with my recent experience. Needed a 10k service and new battery. They towed bike to shop for free and completed the work as they promised. Tammy in service could not have been more pleasant and attentive to getting me back on the road in a timely fashion. Sean in service went above and beyond removing names detailed on the saddle bags for no charge. I read some negative reviews prior to taking my Harley to this shop but opted to do so anyway. I question the negative reviews after my experience.
