I am so regretted that I choose Clean Crawls. I have no idea how all the 5 star reviews come from. They do not care of their customer at all!! The project was scheduled on Friday.Their staff came to my place and forgot bring a small pipe which is needed to vacuum the corner of crawl space. So I called them. The customer service Lady Joanna is so rude and did not even listen to me. She told me that there is nothing they can do and they cannot get the tool today to complete the work. If it is a small space then I will just leave it but we were talking about more than 100 sqft which is over 1/5 of the whole project. What was worse, the customer service lady literarily said the Fxxx word on the phone before she hang the phone!!! I was so upset and called their sales guy -- Chris, who told me that they could not get the tool and they placed two options in front of me: 1. Drill a hole on a interior wall so that they can use a big pipe to clean the corner space 2. Schedule an other time to complete the rest of work FYI, Chris was the one that talked me into the bid with Clean Crawl. He might act very polite when he talk to you for their bid but in fact he does not care about you at all! The only thing that he is good at is shirk responsibility, redirecting your call to their terrible customer service and repeating their customer service phone number. I found all this later on. I decided to go with option 2 as I do not feel comfortable put a hole on the interior wall. 3 days later, (Tuesday) nobody showed up. Then I called Chris again. He acted like nothing happened that day when he scheduled the re-visit. Then he started apologies that he forgot to tell me that it got canceled! I asked him how to move this damn project forward. He simply told me to contact their office (Joanna). Though I did not want to talk to that rude lady anymore, however, as Chris cannot do anything helpful, I called their office again. What she told me was that the second visit got canceled right after the fact, they canceled the second last Friday as they "thought" that they have vacuumed everything. I was so frustrated and regretted that I chose this company that I feel so helpless and do not know who I should talk to to complete this project as soon as possible. I work in a customer support role. I would never imagine a company with such poor customer service could still do their business with out any customer obsession and ownership!!

We purchased a home in the summer of 2014, that unbeknownst to us (or the home inspector) had a serious rat infestation in our crawl space. Clean Crawls was able to come out the same week, dispose of all of our infested insulation/vapor barrier, install new insulation/vapor barrier and sanitize our crawl space within a days worth of work. I personally went down into the crawl space after the work was completed and was genuinely surprised at the quality of work Clean Crawls performed. In our continued run of bad luck, that same year our freshly replaced crawl space became flooded with over 14 inches of standing water. After the water was removed and the crawl space repaired (done ourselves), I gave Clean Crawls a call to replace the now torn up vapor barrier. The individual I talked to was empathetic with our predicament, as we just had Clean Crawls replace our crawl space due to the initial rat issue, and offered to come out and reinstall new vapor barrier for a reduced cost. All in all, our experience with Clean Crawls (on both occasions) have been excellent and we are always enthusiastic to refer them to friends and family. If you are in the Greater Seattle area and need a crawl space rehabilitation, there really is no where else you need to look. -Gabe

We had some electrical work updated with the installation of a new furnace and air conditioner and the electrician recommended we re do the crawl space since it was in very bad condition. They recommended Clean Crawl. We called and made an appointment and in no time at all they were here. Inspected the crawl space and showed pictures of the "mess" that was under the house and how the insulation had became detached from the flooring. In general we knew that we were in trouble. We signed up for insulation removal and new insulation to be installed as well as replacing all of the ground plastic cover. The installation crew arrived and in one day completed the job to our satisfaction. We even got a Puget Sound Energy discount on the bill for the job. We are very happy and pleased with all the work and business experience with Clean Crawl.

When we bought our house last fall the previous owners were supposed to have cleaned out the crawl space, instead what they did was cover up it up to make it look a little better. The mess and smell remained. Clean Crawls came in the week after Christmas, arrived on time, carefully laid down protection to ensure no mess was left in the house, and did an outstanding job carefully renovating the entire crawl space. The guys were here a long time and never slowed down. When they finished the crawlspace was immaculate. The attention to detail, for a rarely seen or used space, was really surprising to me. They carefully wrapped all pipes, sealed all openings, and reinforced several weak spots in my crawl space. I am extremely satisfied and have already highly recommended them to several friends and family members.

We bought a home built in 1976 and the floors on the main level of the house had never been insulated. The problem was the height of the crawl space was no more than 12 inches over much of the 1,800 square feet and huge heating ducts blocked access at many points! The crew from Clean Crawls said they had tackled worse. They suited up and shimmied along the dirty narrow spaces like pros. They cleared debris, installed clean wire mesh on all the vents, installed new insulation under the entire first floor and insulated all heating ducts. They were kind, professional and fast! It was big dirty job. Their bid was more than fair considering the job and I would highly recommend them!

Second time I have used Clean Crawls to redo a crawl space. It was so clean and well insulated that my son wanted to move his room to the crawl space. They even made me a nice screen door to better protect the furnace access. Had them come back recently when I had a dead rat problem and they took care of it, got rid of the bodies (and the smell), cleaned everything out again, poured cement where the rats were burrowing in, and are now following up with bi-monthly checks. Wonderful service! They take care of all imaginable crawl space needs.

Clean Crawl cleaned and renovated our crawl space to a better condition than when it was new. Our crawl space had lots of pest droppings, old plastic vapor barrier, and some dropped insulation. They completely removed all of this and replace it with new material. They covered everything in their path and even nearby furniture was protected from the dust (they even covered the garage floor). It took about half a day, but they did an incredible job!
