High pressure sales techniques and they blatantly ignore no soliciting signs. I had a woman come to my door when my mom was visiting and talk my ear off even after I told her I was not interested. 15 minutes later my fiance comes home and then she stands in his way and talks his ear off for another 10 minutes! I might have considered using their service if we ever had an issue but after the crap that I had to put up with just for someone trying to sell me on their services NO WAY! I even talked to the neighbors that she said supposedly signed up for their services and they were looking for people on the same route and they NEVER signed up. Nice to know that a company lies to gets sales. They are not a BBB accredited business but there are plenty of reviews on there so there may be a reason they choose not to because they would probably get an F.

As we started the remodeling our coffee shop, we discovered a few rats housing themselves in the dishwasher room and were quite understandably horrified. We called the residential pest control company that regularly sprays our home and takes care of our other pest management and home insulation etc, PestFree out for an emergency pest inspection. The exterminator understood the gravity of the situation and quickly went on to tackle the rodent control and rat removal right away. It would have been a huge deal if the mice had made it to the common areas for customers. Now I have convinced my partner to sign up to regularly use them for our future commercial pest control as well as the insulation company we use for the upcoming remodel.

Jeremy was very professional taking the time to explain everything he was doing and was respectful of our property. He was also very thorough in his examination of our home and application of the products used. He explained the product details and if it would have any harmful effect on our family pets. He is a very delightful young man to work with. He returned for follow up applications on schedule like he promised. I would recommend him and the company he works for to anyone who has a pest problem.

We started with Pest Free, now Croach, a couple years ago when we first moved into our new home. The service personnel were very informative as to what types of pests were native to the area, and the best way to treat for them. The products they use are safe to be used around children and pets and never leaves a nasty, chemical smell. I will continue to use their service and recommend it to others as well.

WE have had Croach Services (formerly Pest Free) Since we moved into our home in June of 2014. We recently had an ant infestation (due to all the construction going on in our development) and they came out within 2 days, (@ no charge) and our ant issues are completely gone! they have always been courteous when facilitating the quarterly treatments. I have used the services of PestFree for 3 or 4 years, and I have always been pleased with their service. If I have any special needs or concerns, I call the office and tell them. The, when the technician arrives, he has my request on his service form, and he checks with me to see that I am satisfied with his work. THAT is what sets them apart - SERVICE.

We have a quarterly contract. They came out when we first moved in and really helped clean up a lot of the problems an unoccupied house has. Since then they have been great. Additionally, we had a rodent problem and they sent an expert out to do an assessment and then bumped up the rodent effort. Pleased with their service.
