Horrible customer service! I called about a speeding ticket i had received for the first time in my life. These people who answer the phone do not speak English! the price fee they requested was $110 to settle my ticket. My ticket was $300. i paid the fee. 2 weeks later i receive a letter from them. stating i have to go to traffic school and have to pay $300 in court fees!!!!! they obviously cant do their job well. i ended up having to pay more than the ticket itself and would have gotten the same result or BETTER (since it was my first time) if i would have done it myself! Of course i call to complain and they play the hang up game!! and do not offer refunds!!!

Warning. Warning stay away!! I was told everything. I wanted to hear, twice on the phone and once in the office. All i asked for was as many continuances as possible. This was the reason i went to you. You told me that it was a normal action for this type of tickets.What they always do at first For Reason they could not explain to me. They did not do that.they settled and now i have to pay almost $400. Incompetncy.never will i work with you or refer you to antone .

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! My wife was given a speed ticket worth $ 280 went with them, they charged me $ 100 to take the case and the result was an expense pay cut $ 350. NO MONEY WITH YOUR TICKET POERDAN CLINIC
