Friendly and very helpful staff. I was referred to Mr. Hertz by a friend to handle my car accident case. From beginning to end the whole office made me feel very comfortable and welcome. The staff always returned my phone calls and answered every question even when I asked more than once :). I was always able to reach the attorney when I needed to and he made sure I understood every step of the process. And, most important he was able to settle my case quickly and get me the money I needed.
