During the holidays a package was shipped to us. It went threw this office. The package was 26 lbs it was damaged and all items in it were lost in this office, a complaint was filed, nothing was resolved. an entire list of what was in the package was listed and sent. Not a single item was returned. All we got was a letter in the package stating that The encloses was found in the mail or its packaging has been damaged in handling in the Postal service. It stated on the package how much it weighed and when it was delivered the box was not even 1 pound in weight. We filed a complaint nothing was done.

My package has been at this location for 6 days now and its literally 30 minutes away from me... Also I cant get in touch with anybody at this facility because the phone number provided is TURNED OFF smh. Horrible experience.

Atlant Postal Credit Union (APCU) is a great place to do your banking with if you work for the USPS. They only have two branches here and at the Main Post Office on Crown Rd.
