I will be closing my numerous accounts at this bank and moving to them to a bank that is actually efficient. I called the bank and they put me on hold for 48 minutes and never came back...I finally hung up but miraculously she answered the phone on the first ring when I called back. Their customer service is the worst that I have ever seen. They are rude.

Worst Customer service ever! Nothing is ever done from the first time, have to go there again and again to resolve a problem. Put on hold for 15 minutes just to be told they cannot help you!

Worst banking experience of my life. Took 2500 dollars out of the bank machine in 20s. Asked 2 people inside to exchange them for 100s for me and they refused!
