I would never ever ever step foot into this Chase. If you want customer service, go to Wells Fargo. I have been incredibly mistreated by this branch, enough to cancel my account and take my business elsewhere. I hope this branch can get it together, a customer sensitivity training course and general respect would go a very long way, unfortunately, after having given them several opportunities to adjust their behavior, I am sure they will always fall short of minimum standards. I will never stand for this treatment.

Although it was close to closing for the day on Saturday, and when i first walked in, it looked like no one was working, i was greeted immediately and was helped quickly. Very friendly staff, and the teller was very cute
