Darrell Beaudoin is a top notch customer advocate! I successfully closed on new construction home loan with Darrell. Even when settlement was delayed, I appreciated having established a good communication expectation level where I was always in the loop. He never made you feel like a number and always responded to any emails or calls fairly quickly. I have worked with other companies who made you feel like they were doing you a favor by talking to you even though you are the customer! I strongly recommend Darrell for your loan needs! I was a leery at first dealing with a lender out of state, but because of Darrell and his supervisor Larry, Allied will always be my first choice! Thanks for the great customer service!

Terrible service, no communication, lied about every thing. We dealt with loan officer, Troy Griffith, very unprofessional. Kept trying to bump up our interest rate every month, let our rate lock lapse even though we provided every document asked for. Three months of lies and frustration for a streamline FHA refinance. $90,000 equity, credit scores in the 700s income over 100,000. Slam dunk loan for a professional ethical loan officer. Had trouble reaching a manager to make a complaint. Seems like loan officers cover for each other when you ask to speak to a manager.

The VA IRRL mortgage refinance from Allied First Bank took about 6 weeks, but that was with one holiday, so I think that is probably average. I was updated on the progress of the loan at least weekly via emails and if I had any questions or concerns, the staff would spend whatever time it took to clarify the issue to my satisfaction. I can definitely state that the staff I dealt with were very professional, patient and straight forward - all the way through. I would have to say that I was very pleased with the service and would gladly refer them to anyone.

Stay away from them! Have been in escrow on a home over 35 days with no solid close date yet. File was approved but Allied has not performed. Nothing but empty promises and no action. I have purchased homes before and the lack of service received is ridiculous. NO concern for your money or time here! Tammy Theiner, Cassandra Rosales and Lisa Kuda are liars! Once you begin to ask questions about what is taking so long, they start making excuses that make no sense. Will be filing a complaint with the CFPB. Run away!
