Just came back from the university place location and notice that 5 employees from there were just talking and even sitting in bank desks laughing and not even care or aware on US the clients/members of this great BECU bank. The lacking of service is at 100% there you guys should take better care of your clients because the only thing missing from look as a BAR in that location was BEERS on the desks

awesome friendly staff. set up a business account and the brunette short haired lady had such a calm friendly demeanor. everything is self service which is great but i would go to this location (out of the ones in the area) if i ever had a problem and had to speak with the tellers!

Good bank and all, but their employees need more training.... I had one of the ladies transfer my money into my auto accounts/ credit card accounts and she did not put enough in the accounts. Thanks for the new 30 day past due hit on my credit.......

Thought a Credit Union would be better than your average for profit bank. Found the experience banking with BECU to be less than satisfactory. poor service, procedural incompetence, and lots of run around...will look else where to do my banking
