Great Team! Great Rates! Well, not sure where to start as since the beginning I connect with them remotely out of state, they have an awesome team, started with Chase initially as we spoke with our upcoming relocation and looking forward to settle down, help me out with the initial process, James did well giving us moving towards next step, Russ fulfill the commitment and closing date as we aim and get funded same day of closing with no hitch and glitch! Above all that, how we made it to the closing day as we agreed, is the amazing rate they have offered us, Brad C., the owner even have a conference call with us even on the weekend, utmost customer service! An honest feedback, as they stay on top of the situation, they are among the very first one to notify me with any issues or possible delay which was not their fault at all, you are hearing it from the lender? How could you be amazed of that! I would highly recommend Brad Cullipher and his team to be your ONLY lender as you work through the process. Note that I just have my closing done Sept. 2017, and our family could not be any happy with the goal. With the positive inputs given, we also believed that further communication internally could be improved more as well as we have a big team helping out, other than that, keep up the good work and leading out lender industry.

I cannot recommend anyone more highly than Brad Cullipher and his team at American Capital Home Loans. We initially chose to work with Brad because our realtor recommended him; normally, I would have been more hesitant about a recommendation like this, however, we had already shopped around and were not impressed elsewhere. I have to say that it was one of (if not the) best recommendations we have ever received. My husband and I are both professionals, and have a relatively hectic work schedules. It was important for us, given our work schedules and the expiration of our lease, to close during a certain window of time. Brad and his team were able to close our VA Home Loan in 21 days. For anyone familiar with the VA process, that is an incredible feat. Everyone else that we spoke with said that they needed a minimum of 30 days, and even that was no guarantee. Brad was very straight forward when we spoke with him regarding our time frame, and explained that he could close in 21 days so long as we responded same day to his requests. He held up his end of the bargain, without exception. Not only did Brad and his team fulfill our expectations, they were also very professional, friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. We will definitely be using American Capital Home Loans on any future acquisitions!

Let me say that these guys are fantastic. If you are looking for a mortgage, call Brad and his team and they will take care of you every step of the way. The best thing I can tell you about them is this: they will willing answer any question you have and they will never treat you like you are silly for asking it. During the mortgage process, especially if you are a first timer, you will have a ton of questions about how it works, when things are due and where things must be sent. You will also find yourself forgetting the answers and asking these questions again and again. Brad, Sean, Tiffany and Russell kept in constant communication throughout and always made me feel respected and valued when I asked questions or inquired to get more details about certain parts of my mortgage. I never waited more than a few hours to get an answer and it was usually only a matter of minutes to hear back from them. They took care of everything and we closed with no problems at all. I could not have been happier with them and I recommend the highly to anyone looking to buy a new home.

Our realtor recommended Austin American Capital, and it turned out to be a great decision! I worked closely with Bailey to start the loan process, and she could not have been any more helpful! Anytime I wanted to make a bid on a house, I could call her and she would give me a great estimate of what the bid would equal in monthly payments. She was never put out with me, and always responded super quick to my calls. This paid off in a big way during a bidding war! Sean processed our loan, and he communicated all his needs very clearly. I worked with a great team while buying my house. They made time to be there when I could talk. Every time I called and said who I was they knew my account. Which is great because I did have to wait on just one person. They also repeated how everything was going to happen and then again (Because I just wanted to make sure). Brad did an awesome job. He worked to get their rates lower than the local competitions, then helped expedite my re-finance as quickly as can be done due to some timing issues on my end. Streamlined experience, with help every step of the way. It was a great experience! Everybody I worked with from Cory, to Kee, to Russell all made the process of getting my home loan approved seem almost seamless.
