I switched to American Family after working with Joe Travaglio. He as able to get my husband and I far better coverage and our premiums are lower than they ever were before. Joe is always extremely responsive even if you contact him on the weekend. I called him on a Sunday attempting to get the phone number for roadside assistance and he got back to me right away! They are honest and upfront about any concerns they have. Great agency - highly recommended!
