After we sustained roof damage after a storm we called several roofing companies to give us estimates for a new roof. Being on a tight budget we were undecided as to which type of roof we wanted to put back onto our home. After calling several companies for quotes on both traditional asphalt and metal roofs it was strongly suggested by several roofing companies that we installed a metal roof due to the "open" environment that we are in and the style and pitch of our roof. Initially I felt that this recommendation was just the roofers way of trying to up-sell a more expensive product to us. However, after meeting with John and David from Erie they took the time to sit down and thoroughly explain the benefits and pitfalls of both types of roofing system. We were very impressed by the quality, durability and workmanship of the stone coated metal shingle roof that Erie offers and by the outstanding transferable warranty that is included! Installation went quickly and smoothly. The installers were prompt, courteous and kept us in the loop during the installation process. Since installing our new stone coated metal roof we have received many complements by neighbors and friends on how stunning our roof looks. They are always amazed to learn that the shingles are constructed from metal and not asphalt, I would highly recommend Erie roofing to my friends and family and look forward to working with them again on our next home improvement!!

The consultant who came to your house was very unprofessional. Despite the fact that we need a partial roof replacement, he insisted that the job was too small and attempted to up-sell us on unneeded fixes. He never addressed the actual problem. He came by at an unscheduled time in the afternoon (not discussed or agreed upon) claiming that he needed to take measurements to write up the estimate. We were under the impression that this was the purpose of the scheduled meeting. He then came 20 minutes early to the scheduled appointment - just as my husband walked in the door from work. He was unprofessional, rude to us and stormed out of our house when we told him that we only wanted fixed what was broken. The experience was completely bizarre and non-sensical. Needless to say, we will not be using this company. As a side note, when he came in the afternoon, I was sitting with my recently injured dog in the yard. He proceeded to tell me how terrible it was and that his dog had just died and how watching her limp was so hard and made him want to cry. He pushed and asked if I was mentally and emotionally prepared for her imminent death - thinking that saying no would end the conversation by eliciting some compassion. It did not and he preceded.

Salesman Clinton was both professional and friendly. Also very informative about the company and product and not pushy. What sold me on the product was the quality. The installers were also very professional but friendly. As I work from home, the installers also worked within the necessary restrictions to not disturb my worktime. I have a home that is over 50 years old and the installers really accomplished a very nice finish to the outside window trim . I really like the ease of operating and cleaning the windows. Many neighbors and family members have commented on the quality and finish as well. Erie recently installed vinyl siding on my home. I had Erie install the siding because of the quality of the product and the pricing. Between the new siding and the new windows that Erie installed, my fifty year old home looks like a new house and is virtually maintenance free. A big reason that I like Erie is they give a lifetime warranty on their products. Also as a return customer, they will give you a savings.

We had a great experience once we were in touch with the salesperson named Tim and we purchased the shingle look metal roof. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained the product very well and convinced my fiancé, who was skeptical. She was skeptical of cost and noise. The new metal roof is quieter than our previous asphalt shingled . The long term benefits and price were our deal closers. We plan on living in our house for an extended time and it made sense financially to not pay for multiple roofs. The pricing was along the lines of having conventional shingles replaced twice. The installers were fantastic. They showed up at 8 sharp and worked a full day until they hit a good stopping point. The second day, the worked 13 hours, non stop, to complete the roof. They made an outstanding effort to clean up debris after finishing a 13 hour day. I have recommended to almost everyone I know. I would highly recommend to anyone with doubts.

I was in a bad situation because I got talked into filing a claim by a one of those smooth talkers that target home owners to talk them into filing an insurance claim after a big storm. Long story short I found out the hard way that I have a terrible insurance company and was stuck with a filed claim and no money for repairs. The representative from Feazel stopped returning my calls and Integrity jumped in and said their legal team would save the day. They did not, and stopped returning my calls as well. Erie helped me get a loan for the repairs and scheduled the job very quickly. Even with a delayed start due to a late arrival of the shingles truck they still stayed to make sure the job got done in 1 day and cleaned up after themselves. My roof looks amazing and the Erie employees couldn’t have been more polite. I will definitely use them for my future home improvements!

My husband and I had a new roof put on home last Friday and 13 new windows removed and installed Wednesday and Thursday of this week. The new roof exceeded our expectations. We love the color of the shingles and the new look of our home. The window installation and quality of the windows are incredible. Bill Henry and Lane Henry spent 2 days taking out our old windows and installing new windows. They were friendly, professional and the craftsmanship was remarkable! The removal of the old windows was extremely challenging, but Bill was able to find a quick solution. What we purchased was a quality product and quality service! We are extremely pleased! Thank you to the Erie Construction Team: Lance Higginbotham, James Blom, Bill Henry, Lane Henry and Peter Gausmann!!! I would definitely recommend them and consider them for future services.

Our house has been having humidity issues since we bought it. We had already paid thousands of dollars for mold remediation, insulation, etc. before we finally determined the issue was inadequate venting in the attic. Erie was able to come in and revamp the venting. They were done within five hours, and I could feel a breeze flowing in the attic as soon as they were finished. They even took care of a few small other things for us including taking down an old TV antenna and sealing up our chimney flashing while they were working on the roof. They were very easy to work with and had the job done within a week or two of our first meeting. My husband and I both work and being able to get the job done on the weekend was another huge plus for us. The efficiency, quality of work, and friendly staff surpassed our expectations.

We recently contracted with Erie to finish our basement. I am extremely satisfied by the work Erie did and the customer service was exceptional. My husband and I were not sure exactly how we wanted the space completed and the representative worked with us over multiple visits to help us get the exact layout we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. At the start of the project there was a last minute change to our installation lead and Erie was wonderful at keeping me informed of what was happening and when to expect information. Once the project was started it was completed ahead of schedule and the installer made certain we were happy before he signed off the job was completed. I am very pleased with Erie construction. The salesman were very professional and pleasant. After we agreed on a price they told me The time that the project would start. They started just as the salesman had told me they would . The men Who came out were very professional and they worked diligently 12 hours a day for five days completing the work. We just had our 3rd session of windows installed by Erie - the entire house is now updated with new triple pane/krypton gas windows, including a huge one we had cut into our master bedroom. The windows look fantastic. Our house is unique, so each window was a challenge. Erie Professionals are dedicated to pleasing the customer. Our installer Bill is a true craftsman down to the very last detail-you can rarely find this type of craftsman these days. We are very pleased with our fantastic looking and energy saving windows (Energy Star rated of course). They leave no mess behind either; the house is cleaner than when they arrived. Our experience with Erie Construction Dayton was positive from start to finish, from estimate to completion of our roofing job (fiberglas shingles) in Fall of 2015. The fellows who came to do the work were polite and courteous, something I always look for in contractors who work at our home. After acceptance of the bid to do the work, the job started almost immediately and was completed in a timely manner. All questions and concerns were addressed and answered to my satisfaction. We had one small complaint at the end of the job but it was dealt with swiftly and surely. I would highly recommend this company (and have) to our friends here in the Miami Valley. I had Erie Construction come out and give me an estimate for a new roof on my house. I had heard about them from a co-worker and she highly recommended them. When they came out for the estimate the two gentlemen were very polite and professional. I told them up front that I was not interested in the more expensive metal roof and that I knew that I could not afford it. They understood and never brought it up. The pricing on the fiberglass roof was fair. When it came to installation it was easy to schedule. The team was professional and efficient. Anytime I had a question or concern they were more than willing to answer and address my concerns. I would highly recommend this company.

In June 2016 I had no idea my roof was in such bad shape. A gentlemen from Erie construction knocked on my door and showed me what shape my roof was in. I asked him to come into my house and explain the construction for a new roof I was amazed at the information that I got. I went forward with Erie construction and I am very happy that I went threw with Erie construction also I have had neighbors compliment me on my new roof. In March, we had a new roof. gutters and a radiant barrier in our attic installed by Erie Construction. We expressed our needs to Brian Boulis as he spent a couple of hours with us answering questions and advising what products and services Erie Construction could do for us. During install, the workers on-site were very professional and courteous. They were very accomodating to our schedule as well as taking the time to answer any questions I had. I was so pleased with their service that I have since hired them to replace all of our siding to our house. I have no reservations in recommending Erie Construction.
