Dear Mr. Orcutt: We can not even begin to thank you so very much for all of your help. You and your entire staff at the Durham Office have been the answer to our prayers. Every employee you have at your Durham office, regardless of what step we were at in preparation of our bankruptcy have been so kind and considerate, incredibly helpful and always professional. When at our first visit to your office, we had no idea where to turn and to say that our financial situation was taking a toll on our health is an understatement. Today, we are so incredibly grateful and thankful for the opportunity to rebuild, correct our mistakes, and look forward to our future. This law firm has done one outstanding job, in helping me get back on my feet. I came to them $363,000, in debt. Today that debt, is a thing of the past. They delivered on what they said in their commercial. I file for bankruptcy, in December of 2012; almost three years to the date of my filing, on December 22, 2015, I will be closing on a brand new home, in Florida. This would never have been possible, if I had not walked into the office of John T. Orcutt, At Hillendale road. The staff there was dedicated to getting me credit worthy again, and they have. We filed bankruptcy back in 2010 and the initial process was wonderful. Customer service was great which made me feel comfortable to choose John Orcutt as my representative. Over the past few years I have been trying to get accurate information regarding our standing since the information I receive from creditors and the Trustee are not quite matching and I am feeling very uncomfortable that we will have problems with our creditors once the 5 year period expires. The problem is that it is very hard to be able to reach any one at customer service when I try to call. I understand the staff goes on vacation but it is not customer friendly that no one else can assist during the period. Then I leave messages but get no return call. I am not able to get a direct phone number to the clerk our case is assigned to. We are the customers, and the reason the company is successful. I feel displeased due to the fact that when trying to get information when I need it service is not available. I feel like I am calling some government agency where you just a number, not a person. You ought to improve your process and match the service one receives when first applying. meanwhile I am still waiting for a return phone call. I am very frustrated.

After meeting with Pepper to get started; I was calmed by her encouraging words and strengthened by her energy.
