I had been with the same insurance company for over 15 years. I had never compared prices or shopped around. My insurance company hiked their rates across the board …out of the blue…and that was the event I needed to do some comparative shopping. Long story short, I landed with Ryan Waite of Neckerman Insurance and I know I made the best decision. Period. First of all, the rates were fabulous. Ryan took the time to tailor specifics to my needs. There were questions I didn’t know to ask. Ryan is thorough and made sure I had a good understanding of what I needed and how my policy worked. He is patient, knowledgeable and insightful. Then, as fate would have it, there was a hail storm and I needed to file a claim for some siding replacement. The process was smooth and uncomplicated. When the siding was being replaced, the contractor discovered water damage behind the siding in a few areas. After submitting another claim and having an adjuster chime in with a settlement, I told Ryan I was not happy because the cost I incurred for the correction of the issue was much higher. Ryan went to bat for me, explained the details of the problem and they reached out to my contractor and then came up with a satisfactory settlement. I couldn’t be more pleased. He was there by my side and in my court the entire time. Ryan Waite @ Neckerman Insurance is who you want when the going gets tough!

During the September 2016 hail storm in Madison our home had damage to the roof, skylights and siding trim. Our experience with Neckerman was outstanding. First, after the storm they proactively sent out an email to their policy holders listing the steps that should be followed to make a claim. Second our agent, Roya Romaine, was extremely helpful when I followed up in explaining the process. She also sent me a list of contractors that they recommended. This was really helpful since we were unsure about selecting a contractor. The one we selected, Superior Construction Lodi WI, was excellent and were able to complete the job very soon after receiving their estimate. Third, the claim and settlement process with Auto Owners went very smoothly. Superior Construction worked very closely with Auto Owners to ensure that all elements of the claim were satisfied. Kudos to Neckerman/Roya, Superior Construction and Auto Owners!!!!
