This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company. I filled my claim on 10/19/2015 and todays date is 12/07/2015 and my case has not yet been handled. The last time I spoke with a rep from this company they assured me my total loss agent would contact me the next day. That was a week ago and the 5th time someone told me that. I have yet to hear from him. The rep also informed me that all my agent has to do now is evaluate my claim and it will be closed. He has had my case for three weeks now and it is still open. My finance company has even reached out to them to try and speed things up and they just ignore them like they have been doing me for the last seven weeks. I have contacted the BBB and filed a complaint hopefully that will help speed this along.

if i could give this company 0 stars i would. this place should not legally be able to operate. was involved in an accident june 26...its august 22 and i have not gotten my claim closed. the managers are all rude. They have their own policies far different from a REAL insurance company. i was involved in a hit and run i have a picture of the truck that hit me (acceptance insured). he said he wasnt there. even though i have a picture and police proof...the company has spoken to the police and the manager is still asking questions as if he needs more. i had 3 witnesses none of which have been called. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst customer service I ever had. I have in a accident in September 28th it is now December 22nd and they still claim they working on my case. Everytime I call I get put on hold, nobody is helpful, on top of that they moved my car without telling me and I have not spoken to an adjuster!!! Shaking my head these people cause me nothing but pain and suffering. Take your money and rape you from your rights FIRST ACCEPTANCE SUCKS!!!!

Had to contact the BBB to get anyone from this company to contact me in regards to where they took my truck and personal belongings. This company is a joke. I had to go through this joke in order to get my truck compensated for after their junkie client passed out at the wheel and totaled my Jeep. Since no one was witness to it they jerked me around for months. Time to Lawyer up.

Absolute garbage insurance company. Called to get an update on a claim, the rep spoke with me for 2 minutes after I was holding for 30, and transferred me to customer service after I specifically asked her not to. I wish I got her name so I could report her...
