I am a real estate agent with Re/Max Distinction, where knowledge of our jobs and customer service is everything! I have been field testing insurance agencies to send my referrals to. What I had troubles finding is a place that communicates with each other and knows their business, and also, is aware of discounts that are available to customers that meet certain criteria. As a bonus, I was looking for a place, (once I provided the address well ahead of time and the HOA management company phone number), that the insurance agent would be ready for my clients with what the HOA does and does not insure; I found that agency!!! Customer Service A+. This Allstate agency went as far as informing me that they had another office closer to my customers new home which could service their policy! The feed back from my customer after contacting their office to set up a policy was just as positive as mine, "they were completely prepared for us and had already verified coverage needs with our HOA!" Thanks Matt, for knowing what amazing customer service is!

We had a ceiling leak while we were our of town. East and Greenwell stepped in and looked after our needs immediately and watched over repairs until we could get there. When a problem occurred with getting in contact with the adjuster, I called East and Greenwell and literally within minutes they had resolved the issue and I had a call from the adjuster.
