She attended to my husband and me when we chose the agency for our insurance policy for the car, her attention was excellent, very professional, it shows that it is very competent in their work, looking for the best and different options to win customers for the agency, is very patient and attentive to customers and gives very kindly all kinds of explanations that the client requests, note that strives to add clients to the agency that represents and manages, for us it is a love of person we were very pleased with the attention given to us, streamlined procedures in record time so we think we made a good choice in choosing Andis insurance to our insurance policy, thank you very much. My first contact with Andis Insurance was over the phone with Liz Ramirez. When we spoke over the phone, she was very professional. She was not trying to sell me insurance coverage for my car, she was instead trying to find a way to satisfy my needs and help . Because I did not feel pressured, I decided to switch right away after she was able to get me a premium that was going to save quite a bit of money. I was impressed as well by Andis’ staff when I went to her office. It was a warm and friendly atmosphere. They made me feel welcome. One could tell that it is a team work business environment. I recently decided to evaluate other insurance carriers and contacted Andis Insurance agency; I had Any Perez as my agent. Ani was very personable and knowledgeable of the difference insurance policies providing quotes for several companies (one stop shopping). She also priced out several options; In addition to pointing out that the coverage i thought i had with my previous company was actually different. Ani was very helpful in terminating my current policies and writing new one year policies. (previously my auto was 6 mos.) Overall, I obtained better coverage and had an overall reduction in rates. How lucky we were to find Lyli at Andis. We had just moved to Florida and were waiting for a return call from another agency who did not seem very responsive. Happened to walk past the Andis office. I went home and checked them out on the internet and went in to talk with them. Lyli was incredibly helpful and in the past year and a half she has been a great resource, We liked the service we received from Lyli and from all of the people we interact with so much that we have already referred a relative to them and will soon refer some friends who are relocating from Seattle in November. Andis Insurnace Agency is fabulous, Rodiana the principle agent is very professional, so too Amy and the other agents. We are so glad they opened an office on Pine Ridge Road, in Naples, as it is close and we feel we can visit any time to ask a question. They always offer a coffee or water which is very considerate. Rodiana spent a great deal of time reviewing our previous policies and saved us quite a bit of money with our new ones. For the first time in many years we feel we have a handle on our insurance and our files are not bursting with forms and papers! We are two very happy clients.
