First of all we were "covered with Peachstate Auto but policy written with Jupiter. Our premiums were auto deducted monthly and almost every month about 1 week before the auto draft a letter would come from Jupiter stating we were being cancelled for nonpayment and we had a certain date... THE DRAFT DATE TO PAY!!!! OUR premium was 120.10 x 1 yr and then jumped to 209.20 with no claims or accidents made.... Then I found a new insurance co. and cancelled this policy on the renewal date and they took 357.00 out of my account through auto draft. I am having to fight to get it refunded back into my account. They are idiots and have no clue what they are doing plus thieves. . DONT GO THROUGH THIS..

I got hit by one of there policy holders... literally the worst insurance company ever. I called Lyndon southern (the company they represent) and I got sent here they have avoided my calls, have not called me back and everytime I call I get sent to voicemail. I now have to use my insurance to pay for the damages as its been a week and half of trying to cantact them over the phoen and let shelter deal with them (I highly recommend shelter if you are current client and want ditch these people). I hope shelter sues them.

This insurance company has very poor customer service. My husband and I switched to another company. We informed them prior to the policy expiring and they gave us the major run around until I threaten to call my attorney. Then at that point the agent hung up on us. Tried to call them back and no one, absolutely no one answered. I have every list of phone calls and transactions with them if I have any more problems with this company. Major fail with me.

Terrible! Wouldnt recommend them unless u just dont care about how u r treated. They will hang up on u and not answer your calls. They dont care about their clients and they dont handle business
