This place is pretty straightforward. On the plus side, customer service at Navy Fed is good, compared to other common banks. They are definitely kind to the older population and don’t pressure you to ATMs and online services, like other banks. Service is good. Wait times are decent here. I wouldn’t say it’s a glamorous location, like some others I’ve been to on the West Coast. And the location here isn’t easy to spot from the main road. You’d have to enter into the shopping plaza, so it can get pretty hectic and busy there.

Though the employees are very nice, it was incredibly slow with the line queued out the door. To be fair it was the fourth of July weekend. Even so, the time this visit took is unacceptable.
