I know this because I had the opportunity to work with Mike for several years. He and his knowledgeable staff have not only helped me, but many of my friends and family members. I want to start out by saying, we owe Alliance Mortgage more then just a great review. When my other half and I started the conquest to achieve home ownership, it was apparent our financial situation was not flawless and needed much more attention. Through the entire process we were criticized and made to believe that purchasing our own home was only a dream. Craig Brindley gave us the confidence that we needed to keep moving forward in the process. He was 100% honest and even when we had doubts, he maintained complete professionalism and encouragement. On August 7, 2014 we were handed the keys to our very own home. We were able to cut our monthly expenses in the process and was locked in at a phenomenal interest rate. This is the second time that we have used Alliance Mortgage. The first time is when we refinanced our first home back in 2008. The second was about two months ago when we purchased our new home. I was a first time home buyer when my realtor suggested Mike and his team at Alliance Mortgage. I had already been in contact with multiple lenders and received pre-approvals but never really felt included in the process of finding the right banks and interest rates. Mike and Craig were the most helpful through out the application process and able to field all of my tedious questions effectively and efficiently. In addition, Mike was present at our closing (which is not common) to make sure nothing went wrong and the documents were completed properly by all parties.
